Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent mistakes of colored yarn threading and to improve weaving properties by wholly coating light-color warp with an wax agent for temporary coloring and temporarily coloring the warp in a warp sizing stage of fiber dyed woven fabric in order to readily discriminate light-color warp. CONSTITUTION:In a warp sizing stage of fiber dyed woven fabric, warps (s) reeled from plural warping beams 2 are made into one warp sheet S. which is sized, dried, then waxed with an after waxing part D and divided into the original warps by a rod 8 for device at a device part E. In the operation, the peripheral surface of warps in light color warps is wholly coated with a waxing agent for temporary coloring to prevent mistakes of colored yarn threading by color difference and to improve weaving properties.

Prior to weaving yarn-dyed fabrics, warp yarns are unwound from multiple warping beams in a warp sizing machine, made into a single warp sheet, sized and dried, waxed in an after-waxing section, and divided. In the section, the warp yarns are divided into individual warp yarns using a dividing rod (generally called ridge cutting), and then passed through a sizing reed and wound onto a loom beam.

By the way, when weaving colored patterns using various colored warp yarns in yarn-dyed fabric, some of the constituent warp yarns are light in color,
However, in the beam state after warp sizing, it is difficult to distinguish the colors of individual warp threads, and this can result in warp threads of the wrong color being used during weaving preparation or weaving work. This may cause threading of different colors to occur due to incorrect threading.

Therefore, in order to prevent the threading of different colored threads as mentioned above, and to make it easier to identify the light colored warp threads, it has been considered to temporarily color the light colored warp threads to create a color difference, and the following coloring method is used. A first invention to achieve the above object is that, during warp sizing of a yarn-dyed fabric, the warp drawn out from a plurality of warp beams is made into one warp sheet, which is pasted and dried, and then Apply wax at the after-waxing section,
A method for identifying light-colored warp threads is characterized in that when the warp threads are divided into original warp threads using a dividing rod at the divide portion, the light-colored warp threads are temporarily colored by applying a wax agent for temporary coloring to the entire surface of the warp open surface. , the second invention is a warp sizing machine for yarn-dyed fabrics that is detachably inserted into the warp gap divided into upper and lower parts by a divider rod supported on the machine frame in the divide part of the warp sizing machine for yarn-dyed fabrics. The present invention is characterized by comprising a wax tank containing a wax agent for temporary coloring in a state in which the wax agent is in use, and a rotating application roller supported semi-immersed in the wax agent for temporary coloring in the wax tank, and on which the warp threads slide. A wax coating device for identifying light colored warp yarns in yarn-dyed fabrics.

In this invention, in the warp sizing machine, when sizing light-colored warp yarns is mixed, the warp sheet after drying is waxed in the after-waxing section, and then divided into the original warp yarns one by one at the divide section. At this time, by temporarily coloring the light-colored warp threads in a relatively dark color for identification, it is possible to prevent the drawing-through of warp threads of the wrong color due to difficulty in identifying the light-colored warp threads during weaving preparation or weaving work. and good weavability can be obtained. This temporary coloring is then completely removed during the finishing process of the fabric.

In addition, temporary coloring for identification of light-colored warp threads in which light-colored warp threads are mixed is performed using a light-colored warp identification wax agent applied to the warp gaps when the warp threads are divided into individual warp threads at the divide section of the warp sizing machine. This is done by inserting the threads in a removable manner and does not affect the warp sizing work.

The main structure of this temporary coloring wax applicator G is that a temporary coloring wax agent colored with an identification coloring dye is stored in a molten state in a wax tank 11, and is semi-immersed in this temporary coloring wax agent. In the above configuration, the wax agent coating device G for temporary coloring is
When inserted into the lower gap of the warp yarn S'' to be temporarily colored which is divided into upper and lower parts by the dividing rod 8, and the warp yarn S'' is brought into sliding contact with the coating roller 12, the coating roller 12 is placed in a molten state.
The wax agent for temporary coloring that adheres to the circumferential surface is applied to the entire circumferential surface of the warp thread S°, and the warp thread S′ is temporarily colored over its entire length.

The warp threads S' that come into sliding contact with the application roller 12 have a large thread pitch and are brought into sliding contact with the application roller 12.
By high-speed rotation, the circumferential speed is increased compared to the warp movement speed of 3°. Therefore, the wax agent adhering to the circumferential surface of the application roller 12 is sufficiently distributed to the circumferential surface of the warp threads S' while the warp threads S' are in sliding contact with each other.

In addition to rotating the coating roller 12 at high speed, in order to sufficiently spread the wax agent for temporary coloring from the coating roller 12 to the circumferential surface of the warp threads S in sliding contact with the coating roller 12, a shallow spiral is formed on the circumferential surface of the coating roller 12. A strip may be formed. When a spiral strip is formed on the circumferential surface of the application roller 12 in this way, when the warp yarns S' slide into contact with the circumferential surface of the rotating application roller 12, a side-sliding force acts on the warp yarns S', and the warp yarns S'' move on the application roller 12. This creates a slight twist to improve the distribution of the wax agent to the surrounding surface.

The wax agent for temporary coloring used in this invention is the same as that used in the after-waxing part, which does not contain water and has high drying properties. Also,
The coloring dye for identification does not dye the fibers (warps) used and is completely decolored during the textile finishing process, and must be well dispersed in the wax agent.

In addition, in order to improve the distinguishability of light-colored warp threads, it is necessary to dye them in a deep color, but since the color must be completely removed (removed) in post-processing, the concentration is based on the results of practical tests. The best results were obtained using 20 grams of commercially available silk dye.
