ンサと、該第２の温度センサ及び前記第１の温度
センサの検出温度により前記湯槽内の水の温度を
湯沸ヒータを介して制御するマイコン機能を備え
た温度制御装置とを具備し、該温度制御装置によ
り前記第１およびまたは第２の温度センサの検出
温度に基づいて沸騰後の湯槽内の温水の保温温度
を使用環境の変化に対応して沸騰点以下に制御す
るようにしたことを特徴とする電気ジヤーポツト
