Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the attaching strength of a handle while assuring the handiness by a method wherein a support paper is constituted by mounting a release paper on an adhesive applied surface, and a hot melt adhesive is placed between the other surface and a top mounting paper to be bonded, and ends of a handle which is made of a synthetic resin low foamed body are inserted and bonded. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive surface is formed by applying a vinyl acetate adhesive 10 evenly on the surface of a paper base 11, and a release paper 12 is mounted on the adhesive surface. The vinyl acetate adhesive 10 can be replaced by an acrylic adhesive or rubber adhesive, depending on the material of the paper base 11. On the other surface of a support paper 9, a hot melt adhesive 13 is applied, and ends of a handle 15 are inserted between that surface and a top mounting paper 14 to be bonded on that surface, and are bonded. A handle piece which is made of a synthetic resin low foamed body is fed to a drum 16 as a tape 19 by separate line, and it is placed on the support paper 9 on which the hot melt adhesive has been applied. The method to place the tape 19 is that the tape is widely snaked in the direction which is rectangular to the longitudinal direction of the support paper 9, and the center parts between the curved parts are bonded on the support paper 9.

Further, as a paper bag, there is a type in which a flat string-like handle 4 made of yam or synthetic resin is adhered with an adhesive 6, as shown in FIGS. 1O and 11. In this case, adhesive 6 is also applied to the back side of the presser piece 5 using the presser piece 5, and the presser piece 5 is attached to the paper bag 7 in such a manner that the handbag 4 is sandwiched therebetween.

In the method disclosed in Publication No. 0271, the handpiece is placed on a hard white board, and a heating iron having a cross section shaped like the bottom of a boat is pierced to make the handpiece tr+¥戥. Although a method for forming such a pattern has been proposed, the process is complicated, and if a synthetic resin film base on which characters, patterns, etc. have been printed in advance is used, there is a problem that the printed portion may be damaged.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional examples, and while ensuring the simplicity of simply peeling off the release paper and pasting it on the surface of a paper bag, etc., the installation is strong, and as a result, only heavy paper bags can be used. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly versatile handle that can be used for products such as cardboard boxes and handle-shaped containers that conventionally had handles that could only be attached with strings.

A mount is formed by pasting a release paper on the adhesive-coated surface of a paper base coated with a VA), acrylic, or rubber adhesive, and an upper laminate is bonded to the other side of the mount. The gist is that a hot-melt adhesive is interposed between them, and one end of a handrail made of a synthetic resin low-foam material is sandwiched and bonded between the backing paper and the overlying paper.

According to the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the hand piece made of a synthetic resin low foam material is strong in itself, but it is not directly adhered to a product such as a paper bag, but is made of a hot melt adhesive. It gets stuck in the adhesive and is sandwiched between the top paper and the backing paper, and then glued to the backing paper. Then, by peeling off the release paper, the mount that firmly fixes the handbag is fixed to a product such as a paper bag with adhesive, so the product and the mount can be firmly connected using the large area of the mount. Combined with this, the whole structure becomes strong enough to withstand heavy loads.

By the way, clear printing can be made on the upper pasting paper 14, and the printed part is not soiled at all, and a handle without the interface separation phenomenon is formed.Furthermore, the handle piece 15 can be attached to the adhesive attachment part while the upper part is curled. Since they are bonded to the mount 9 in a state where they are substantially parallel, the tensile stress is evenly distributed, and the strength of the layered structure is increased.

As described above, the hand of the present invention and the method of manufacturing the same ensure the convenience of simply peeling off the release paper and pasting it on the surface of the product, etc. It guarantees a high level of adhesive strength without peeling, and as a result, it can be used not only for heavy-walled paper bags, but also for cardboard boxes and handle-shaped containers that could not previously be attached with a handle unless they were hung with a string. It is highly versatile and can be used for products that were not previously available.
