い。また、化粧シートを裏面へ貼着、巻込む方法は裏面
の美観を著しく不自然なものとし、商品価値を低下させ

ーナー稜線部に沿って切込み溝を有し、該切込み溝に、

とする化粧加工部材であり、また、表面を可撓性シート
で被覆した基材の表裏何れか一方の面と隣接するコーナ

込み溝に、頭部と脚部とから威る挿入部材の脚部を挿入
・固着して、化粧板表面と挿入部材の脚部とが面一にな
るようにしたことを特徴とする化粧加工部材の製造方法

面はぼコの字形の切込み溝(5)を埋設する部材より狭
く切削加工して設け、この切込み溝(5)に注入した後

樹脂、ゴム等の柔軟なものを使用することにより安全性
