において、ノツクセンサの出力信号を信号処理し
て、所定時間毎に積分してマイクロコンピユータ
に出力する積分回路を設け、該積分回路の積分出
力に対して上限値、下限値を設定し、前記所定時
間毎の積分出力が上下限値の範囲内に入らない時
は異常であると判定する異常判定手段をマイクロ
コンピユータに設けたことを特徴とするノツクセ
