Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁場が測定流体に印加されこの測定流体の流量
    に対応した起電力を検出する電磁流量計において
    、前記測定流体を流す導管の外面或いはそと近傍
    のいずれかに設けられた超音波振動子と、この超
    音波振動子を駆動する超音波励振手段と、前記超
    音波振動子の放射インピーダンスを測定するイン
    ピーダンス測定手段とを具備し、前記放射インピ
    ーダンスの所定の変化から前記導管の中の測定流
    体が空であることを検出するようにしたことを特
    徴とする電磁流量計。
