[発明の効果] 本発明は以上の説明から明らかなように、以下
の効果を得ることができる。即ち、粉砕ケース内
で生成されたコーヒー粉を抽出器内に導き入れる
ための部材はフード部だけであるから、抽出器へ

ることができて、抽出器内へのコーヒー粉の回収
率を高めることができる。しかも、抽出器の上面
を覆う蓋部は前記フード部に一体に形成されてい
るから、これらフード部及び蓋部を一体に取外し
て一度にまとめて水洗いすることができ、掃除が
簡単になる。その上、抽出時に粉砕ケース内を湯
で濡らさずに済み、抽出直後に直ちに再度の粉砕
運転を開始しても支障がなく便利であるという優
れた効果を奏する。更に、注湯孔の周面に囲壁状
の湯受部を形成しているので、注湯孔の周縁で跳
ね返つた湯が外部に飛散することを湯受部により
防止でき、周囲を湯で濡らさずに済む。その上、
抽出器を、その上面開口部の一部が粉フイルタ部
の下方において粉砕ケースの底面と重なり合うよ
うに配置しているので、粉フイルタ部から排出さ
れるコーヒー粉が他の部材に邪魔されること無く
最短距離で抽出器内に落下するようになり、コー
ヒー粉の落ち具合が良くなつて、一層コーヒー粉
の無駄を少なくできる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 粉砕ケース内に収容したコーヒー豆を粉砕体
により粉砕してコーヒー粉を生成し、このコーヒ
ー粉を前記粉砕ケースの側部に設けた粉フイルタ
部を通してその下方に位置する抽出器内に落下収
容せしめると共に、湯生成機構からの湯を前記抽
出器内のコーヒー粉に供給するようにしたものに
おいて、前記抽出器の上方に延びて前記粉フイル
タ部からのコーヒー粉を抽出器内に導くフード部
と、このフード部に一体に形成され前記抽出器の
上面開口部のうち前記フード部の外側部分を覆う
蓋部と、前記フード部又は蓋部に形成され前記湯
生成機構からの湯を前記抽出器内に注ぐ注湯孔
と、この注湯孔の周囲を取り囲む囲壁状に形成さ
れた湯受部とを具備し、前記抽出器を、その上面
開口部の一部が前記粉フイルタ部の下方において
前記粉砕ケースの底面と重なり合うように配置し
たことを特徴とするコーヒー製造機。
