CONSTITUTION:When an input signal is switched a signal discrimination circuit 4 sends a discrimination signal to a changeover circuit 5 to switch the input signal automatically. Simultaneously, the circuit 4 sends a mute signal to a mute circuit 7 for a prescribed time after the input signal is switched to turn off the input of the video signal to an output circuit 8 and after the circuit 5 is switched, the mute signal is interrupted to input the video signal to the circuit 8.
