回動を行なう駆動手段を前記第一ロツドに連結し
、前記ゲートリングの回動中心を挟んで前記第一
ロツドの反対側における該ゲートリングに第二ロ
ツドを設け、前記ガイドベーンを閉じる側に前記
ゲートリングを回動付勢する付勢部材を前記第二
ロツドに設けたことを特徴とする水車ガイドベー
