Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely separate paper sheets, piled and arranged in a fixed position, sheet by sheet from the above to be automatically transferred to the other fixed position on a line by providing a control device in which each action of suction and release between a moving sucker board and the paper sheets and each action of reciprocation and movement, forced by the moving sucker board, are mutually correlatively controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a moving sucker board 1, placed in a condition with sucking force previously generated, is lowered onto paper sheets 17 piled and arranged in a fixed position, and brought in close contact with the upper surface of the paper sheets 17, the moving sucker board 1 is placed in a condition in which it is brought in close contact with the paper sheets 17 and simultaneously placing the paper sheet in the uppermost layer in sucked condition. When a reciprocating or turning motion in a direction along the surface of the paper 17 is forced in relation to this moving sucker board 1 by using a reciprocating device 7, the paper sheet 17 in the uppermost layer is forced in action together with the moving sucker board 1. In this way, an effect like a landslide is generated between the uppermost layer paper sheet 17 and the lower layer paper sheet 17 in contact therewith, as a result the uppermost layer paper sheet 17 is surely isolated and separated from the lowe layer paper sheet 17 in contact therewith. Thereafter, the paper sheets are transferred to the other fixed position.

[Prior Art] In the middle of a production line for mass-produced products, it may be necessary to feed sheets of paper one by one from the side of the line toward the line and place the product on top of the sheets. For example, this is the case when it is desired to send - pieces or one unit M of food onto wrapping paper on a conveyor to a downstream packaging process. In such cases, the conventional method is to manually feed the paper sheets one by one by a person on the side of the line, and then the food that was sent from another line is placed on top of the fed paper sheets. The method used was to hold the paper in place by hand until it was transferred correctly.

[発明が解決しようとする課題] この種の工程を従来から手作業に頼らざるを得なかった

a) The paper supplied to the production line for m-products is usually cut into a predetermined size, punched, or perforated in units of 50 or 100 sheets. . For this reason, the overlapping sheets of paper often adhere to each other very tightly and bite into each other, and it is difficult to remove them one by one from the top, even if a suction cup is used. Therefore, this work had to be done manually.

b) When the separated paper is moved to the top of the line and lowered to a fixed position on the line, even if the lowered position is correct at the time, the paper may be blown away by wind etc. before the food is placed on top of it. Since the paper should not move from its regular position 677, it is necessary to maintain its position so that the paper does not shift until then.
It is easier and more reliable to perform this work manually.

[Effect] The movable suction cup, which is in a state where the suction force is activated at the front,
When the movable suction cup is lowered onto stacked and arranged papers in a fixed position and brought into close contact with the top surface of the papers, the movable suction cup comes into close contact and at the same time suctions the topmost layer of papers. If the movable suction cup in this state is forced to reciprocate or rotate in the direction along the surface of the paper using a reciprocating device, the top layer of paper will be forced to perform the above movement along with the movable suction cup. , which creates a landslide-like effect between the top layer of paper and the lower layer of paper that is in contact with it, so that the top layer of paper is steadily pulled away from the lower layer of paper that it is in contact with. separated.

Here, by sending pressurized fluid from the high-pressure pipe 8 toward the reciprocating cylinder 7, the moving suction cup 2 with the uppermost layer of paper 17 adsorbed is moved through the frame 5 as indicated by the Δ arrow in FIG. Make a reciprocating movement in the direction. This is done to shift and separate the top layer of paper from the lower layer of paper that is in contact with it, and of course this can be determined as appropriate depending on the situation at the time, but for example, the reciprocating stroke can be reduced to one (1++-
In many cases, repeating IFil or 2.3 reciprocating motions is sufficient to achieve the objective.

After this, the cylinder 2 is operated to raise the movable suction cup 1 together with the paper. In this state, the lever 6 is moved to the right in FIG. 1 by the motor lO to reach a position directly above the conveyor 19. At this point, the movement is stopped by the proximity switch 13 on the right side, and at this position, the movable suction cup 1 is lowered by the cylinder 2 onto the paper 17 being sucked. It is convenient to leave the three stationary suction cups 18 provided on the lower surface of the conveyor 19 in a state where the suction function is always working, except when separating the paper 17 from the suction cups, similar to the movable suction cup 1. Under this condition, the wire mesh 2 placed on the conveyor 19
When the paper 17 is lowered onto the paper 17, the paper 17 receives suction force from the stationary suction cup 18 from its back side. Here, by cutting off the suction force of the movable suction cup I, the movable suction cup I of the paper 17 is
Transfer from the stationary suction cup I8 to the stationary suction cup I8 is extremely smooth.

In this embodiment, the direction of the reciprocating motion to prevent the top layer of paper from separating from the lower layer paper that is in contact with it is set in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the lever 6 (direction of arrow 13). However, the direction of the reciprocating motion is not limited to the direction at right angles, but may be parallel to the direction of the arrow. As an example of a configuration in this case, a proximity switch 23.23 for this purpose is provided in the middle of the guy F12 in FIG. A goal is achieved through coercion. Of course, in this case, the reciprocating cylinder 7 on the lever G is not necessary, resulting in a further simplified device.

In addition, in order to further enhance the effect of paper separation,
This is done by forcing the movable suction cup I to reciprocate both in the direction of the arrow and in a direction perpendicular thereto, either simultaneously or at different times, or by forcing the movable suction cup I to pivot in the direction along the plane of the paper.

Further, in this embodiment, the lever 6 is moved by a motor 10.

Furthermore, it is of course possible to use other conventionally known means for repeatedly moving between regularly spaced angular positions, such as a hydraulic cylinder or a cam device, or a moving suction cup! It goes without saying that for the reciprocating motion or rotational motion for forcing the paper apart, a motor-driven cam device or eccentric plate device can be used in place of the cylinder.
