In the excavation of ruins, when an excavated item such as a pot is discovered at a specific excavation site, the excavation situation such as the size, shape, and positional relationship of the excavated item at that excavation site must be accurately determined. This requires the work of measuring and representing it on a drawing.

As shown in Figure 1, the conventional method for representing the state of excavation of such excavated items on a drawing is to attach a water thread D to the top of the excavated item B at the excavation site A using a nail C or the like. , the coordinates of the Y-axis are laid out in a grid shape, and the parts of the excavated item B can be easily read from the coordinate values of the water threads D.

However, in this conventional method, the water strings D must be stretched in accurate perpendicular conditions so that the X and Y axes are formed at each excavation location, so it is difficult to There was a problem in that preparation for tensioning the thread D required a lot of time and effort. Furthermore, since this method adjusts the water thread D directly to the ground at the measuring point, the levelness of the water thread D cannot always be expected accurately, and therefore the measurement method lacks reliability.

In order to realize the above-mentioned purpose, the measuring device according to this invention measures the X and Y axis coordinates using a water string installed on the top of the excavated item. Simply place the frame on top of the excavated item by pre-stretching it inside the frame, and providing multiple support legs around the frame to freely set the height of the frame. It is characterized by being able to measure excavated items simply and efficiently.

Next, the measuring device according to the present invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. As shown in FIGS. , a plurality of water threads 2 stretched in the frame 1 so as to form X and Y axis coordinates, and a plurality of water threads 2 provided around the frame 1 to support the frame 1 on the top of the excavated item. It is composed of a plurality of supporting legs 3.

The water threads 2 for forming the X and Y axis coordinates stretched in the frame 1 are fixed at both ends to the inner surfaces of the opposing frame sides 4, 4, so that they are equal to each other. They are stretched so as to intersect at right angles at intervals.
To lock each water line 2 to the inner surface of the frame side 4, as shown in FIG. It is done by certain things. That is, each frame side 4
The proximal ends 7 of the Harris fasteners 5 are fixed in the small holes 6 as shown in FIG. After being inserted further, it is clamped by the hairpin-shaped clamping end 9, thereby being locked in a tensioned state.

The supporting legs 3 supporting the frame 1 are supported by being inserted into supports 10 protruding from the outside of the frame sides 4 at the four corners of the frame 1, for example, so as to be freely slidable. As shown in FIG. 5, this support 10 has an insertion hole 11 into which the support leg 3 can be loosely inserted, and a tightening screw 12 screwed perpendicularly to the insertion hole 11.
By tightening the tightening screws 12, the fixed position of the supporting leg 3 is selected, and the height position of the frame body 1 can be freely adjusted.

Further, a plurality of spirit levels 13 are provided on the frame side 4 of the frame body 1. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a compass needle 14 on a portion of the frame side 4 to indicate the north pole.

When using the measuring device of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, as shown in FIG. The frame body 1 is arranged in such a direction that it is parallel to the . At this time, since the excavation site A is not necessarily a flat surface, the height of each support leg 3 is adjusted with the screws 12 of the support 10, and while checking the level 13, the relationship between the frame 1 and the excavated item B is adjusted. Place it at a height that makes it easy to measure, and in a horizontal position. By placing the proposed measurement device on the excavated item B in this way, the positional relationship such as the shape and size of the excavated item B with respect to the excavation site can be determined by the X and Y axis coordinate values consisting of the vertical and horizontal water threads 2. It can be read at a glance, and therefore a recorded drawing can be easily and quickly drawn by simply transcribing the conditions obtained from these coordinate values onto graph paper.

In the measuring device of this invention, the vertical and horizontal water strings 2 forming the X and Y axis coordinates are stretched in advance inside the right quadrilateral frame 1, so that the frame 1 is connected to the excavated item B.
Measurements can be started immediately by simply placing the device correctly on top of the device, allowing for efficient work.

Furthermore, since the water string 2 is always stretched in the frame 1, there is an advantage that the frame 1 can be easily handled, such as being carried or stored. In addition, when the end of the water line 2 on the frame side 4 is locked by the Harris fastening device 5 for fishing gear as shown in the embodiment, it is easy to re-string the water line 2 when it is cut. It has the advantage of being efficient. Furthermore, since the height position of each supporting leg 3 can be freely adjusted relative to the frame 1, the frame 1 can always be set in a horizontal state no matter how uneven the surface of the excavation site is.
It has the advantage that drawings can be drawn based on accurate measurements.
