A supplementary explanation will be given of the above-mentioned conventional example 1. If the belt 2 does not have the protrusion 2a as shown in Fig. 18 of Conventional Example 2, the coin M may occasionally stand up and roll on the bell L, and the conveyance time becomes considerably long. , protrusion '2a is required. Also, FIGS. 19 and 19 of Conventional Example 3:'! As shown in Figure 0, if the tip of the Nrasoba 73 does not have a gap along the projected direction 11I11,, of the belt 2 provided with the protrusion 2a, and is straight,
Coin MQ rarely has protrusion 2aω+'9K to arrow Q
(2) Since 'C' is erroneously withdrawn to J, .), the tip of the flapper 7 needs to correspond to the shape of the remaining image of C Hell 1 and Mon, as in the conventional example 1.

The reversible conveyance device of the coin processing machine according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises a reversible conveyance device by providing coin outlets at both ends of a belt which is operated reversibly to convey falling coins, and has a reversible mechanism; m in a part of the width direction. A plurality of protrusions are arranged in the mailing direction, and the bottom of the protrusions is: (The dimension in the width direction of the belt is smaller than the diameter of the coin.),,, near the end of the belt, there is a bell axis J !, .SP swings around a fulcrum in one line to open and close the conveyance path; - A flapper is arranged, and the tip of this flapper is shaped in the shape projected in the conveyance direction of the bell 1, which is temporarily provided with a protrusion. The flapper is made into a shape with a gap along the axis, and the flapper is pushed in the direction of closing by its own weight or spring, and is placed magnetically on the flap, so that the attraction position of the magnet and the flapper is not accounted for. The feed path is closed, and the flapper is opened to the coin exit side in the non-adsorption position.

In the Inventor, there is a gap at the tip of the flapper that follows the projected shape of the belt in the conveying direction, so even if the flapper is closed, it does not interfere with the operation of the belt in both directions, as in the conventional example. Rotate the belt in the opposite direction (arrow A)
When driving, the flask bar is attracted by the magnetic force of the magnet in the adsorption position and resists the momentum of the bouncing coins and does not open.

When the helmet is driven in the direction of the flapper (arrow B), the coin comes into contact with the closed flapper even if the coin is between the projections in the transport direction or rides on the projection.
Then, the driving force of the belt acts on the coin through the protrusion.

The driving force of this belt overcomes the attraction force of the magnet and automatically pushes the flapper open. The effect of this protrusion is unprecedented. Once the flapper opens, it moves away from the attracting position of the magnet, and the attraction force of the magnet to close the flapper rapidly decreases. When the belt is stopped or the coins are no longer on the belt, the flapper automatically returns to the suction position and is held by suction to reliably close the conveyance path.

In invention 2, in addition to the effect of invention 1, when the belt is driven in the direction of the flapper, coins may very rarely move on the belt without protrusions and come into contact with the flapper. At this time, the driving force of the belt does not act on the coin through the aforementioned protrusion, and the rolling frictional force of the coin cannot overcome the attraction force of the magnet and push the flamper open. However, the slope at the tip of the flapper pushes and releases the coin being transferred in the width direction of the protrusion, stopping the transfer and pushing the flapper open by the action of the invention. [Example] Figure 1 is a perspective front view of Example 1, Figure 2 is a top view of Figure 1, Figure 3 is a partial right side view of Figure I, and Figure 4 corresponds to Figure 3. 5 is a partial front view showing a state shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 6 is a top view of FIG. 5; and FIG. 7 is a second embodiment according to invention 2. 8 is a left side view of FIG. 7, FIG. 9 is a top view of FIG. 7, FIG. 10 is a partial top view of a modification corresponding to FIG. 9, and FIG. 12 to 14 are partial top views of Example 3.
The figures up to the figures are partial top views of different modifications of Fig. 11, and in Fig. 1 to Fig. 14, the conventional example and those having the same reference numerals as in each figure have approximately the same functions, and will be explained below. may be omitted.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 showing Embodiment 1, a structure similar to that of Conventional Example 1 will first be explained briefly. A belt 2 with a hopper 1 (la to If) disposed above for dispensing coins M has a structure similar to that of the conventional example 1. It is wrapped around a pair of belt boot 3 and arrow A
Or, it is operated reversibly in the direction of B, and is surrounded by a pair of side walls 9. At one end of the belt 2 there is a coin outlet, for example a coin receiving slot 5 via the auxiliary belt 4, and at the other end there is also a coin outlet, for example a cash box 6. A plurality of protrusions 2a are provided on both sides of the belt 2 in the width direction, aligned in the conveying direction. Near the other end of the belt 2 on the coin exit side, there is disposed a flapper l7 which opens and closes the conveyance path by swinging around a fulcrum 7a parallel to the axis of the belt pulley 3, the tip of which is shown in FIG. The shape has a gap along the projected shape in the conveying direction of the belt 2 having the protrusion 2a as shown in FIG. Now, as a characteristic structure of the first embodiment, the flapper 17
is made of a magnetic material such as an iron plate, and a magnet lO is arranged on the fixed side above the fulcrum 7a, for example on the side wall 9. When the magnet 10 and the flapper 17 are in the attracted position, the flapper 17 closes the conveyance path, and when it swings and is in the non-attractive position, it opens the conveyance path. The fulcrum 7a and the center of gravity of the flapper 17 are determined so that the flapper 17 swings near the suction position under its own weight, but it may be biased by a light spring. Unlike the conventional example, the dimension in the width direction of the belt 2 without the protrusion za is made smaller than the diameter of the coin, so that the protrusion 2a positively pushes the coin.

The magnet 17 may be an electromagnet, but may be a permanent magnet. If you use a so-called magnet 1 catch, which has a pair of magnetic plates protruding from the magnet at both poles of a permanent magnet h on the east side, the magnetic flux will concentrate and the attraction force during attraction will be large, but if you move away a little, the attraction force will suddenly decrease. 6 magnet 17 which is convenient because it decreases
The magnet 17 may be fixed to the flapper and a magnetic material that can be attached to the flapper placed on the fixed side, or the magnet 17 may be placed below the fulcrum 7a on the side where the hopper 1 is located. In FIG. A showing a modified example, the protrusion 2a is located at the center of Beno 1 and 2, and the shape of the tip of the flapper 171 is correspondingly different from that in FIG. 3.

According to the structure of the embodiment 1, as explained in the operation section G, when the bells 1 and 2 are operated in the anti-flapper direction (arrow A), the flapper 17 is attracted at the attraction position by the magnetic force of the magnet IO. The movement of the coins bouncing off and on, and the coins never opening. Move bells 1 and 2 in the direction of flapper l7 (arrow B
), the coin M comes into contact with the closed flapper 17 even if the coin M is between the projections 2 in the conveyance direction or rides on the projection 2a. When this happens, the driving force of the coin M1 shovel 1 and 2 acts through the protrusion 2a.

By the way, in the first embodiment, the situations shown in the fifth cabinet and FIG. 6 may occur very rarely. That is, when the belt 2 is driven in the direction of the flapper 17, the coin M moves on the part of the belt 2 without the protrusion 2a and comes into contact with the flapper 17, so that it does not fall easily. This is the first conventional example.
As shown in FIG. 8, the flapper 17, which is attracted by the magnet 10, does not open due to the rolling friction force of the rolling coin M, although it does not take longer than the one that rolls in the opposite direction.

In FIGS. 7 to 9 showing the second embodiment, the flapper 2
A member 29 having a curved slope 28 at a height near the center position of the coin M rolling near the tip of the coin M is fixed to the flapper 27. The slope 28 has a slope direction that pushes the coin M that comes into contact with the protrusion 2a of the belt 2 in the radial direction. Therefore, the coin M falls onto the belt on the slope 28, and the protrusion 2a
The driving force of the belt 2 is now actively transmitted to the coin through the coin, and the fluff bar 27 is pushed open.

In FIG. 11 showing the third embodiment, the protrusion 2a is located at the center of the belt 2, and the slope 3 of the member 39 of the flapper 37 corresponds to the protrusion 2a.
The slope direction of 8 changes. From FIG. 12 to FIG. 14, a modified example of the slope 38a. 38b. 38c, [Effects of the Invention] The reversible conveyance device of the coin processing machine of this invention group is provided with a plurality of protrusions arranged in the conveyance direction on a part of the width direction of the belt, and a belt without the protrusions. The dimension in the width direction of the bell 1 is smaller than the diameter of the coin, and a flapper is arranged near the end of the belt to open and close the conveyance path by swinging around a fulcrum parallel to the axis of the belt boob. The tip has a shape with a gap along the projected shape of the bell in the conveying direction of the bell provided with the protrusion, and the flapper is biased in the closing direction by its own weight or a spring, and a magnet is placed on the flapper. The conveyance path is closed at the attraction position of the flapper and the flapper is opened to the coin exit side at the non-adsorption position, so that the flapper, which is closed by a permanent magnet, is connected to the belt that is transmitted to the coin via the protrusion. It will be opened with the driving force of
This has the effect that the flapper opening/closing mechanism has a simple structure with only a fulcrum colored magnet, and there is no need for a special opening/closing control system or opening/closing driving force. Invention 2 further provides a slope for the flapper, so that the slope pushes down the coin and closes the flapper in the rare event that the coin rolls on the belt and the driving force to open the flapper is not transmitted from the belt. It has the effect of opening quickly.
