〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、微細な万線状凹凸パターンをその万線方向を
少しずつ変化させて複数組配列させて成る凹凸パターン
が表面に賦型された模様形戒体を被転写体に配置してな

開昭62−227700号に、被転写体上へ、支持体の
一方の面に光沢を有する着色層と接着層とを該接着層が
最上層となるように少なくとも積層してなる転写シート
を該接着層が接するように配置させた後、オパール効果
を有する画像形成体を有するプレス版を該支持体側から
必要に応じ加熱をしながら加圧し、該転写シートの着色
層と接着層の該凹凸パターンにより加圧された部分を該
被転写体上に転移させ、微細な万線状凹凸パターン群を
その万線方向を少しずつ変化させて複数組配列させて成
る凹凸パターンを最上層の該着色層に賦型して得られる
凹凸模様を該被転写体の特定部分のみに設けることを特
徴とする画像形戒体がある。このような画像形成体は、
その表面の万線状凹凸パターン群における万線方向がそ
れぞれ異なっているため、表面での反射光の反射方向が
様々に変化し、見る角度や方向を様々に変化させると各
万線状凹凸パターン群の′a淡や輝きが動的に変化し、
極めて華麗な効果(オパール効果)を醸し出す.このオ
バ一ル効果を有する画像形戒体は、作製時に使用される

の高いホログラム画像を形成していたが、本発明の方法
を用いて安価で優れたカラー表現の効果を得ることを課
題とする.
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
カード基体上に,微細な万線状凹凸パターン群をその万
線方向を少しずつ変化させて複数組配列させて成る凹凸
パターンを有する少なくとも蒸着層・印刷層・保護層を
順次積層したことを特徴とする画像形成体を提供し、以
下に述べる該画像形戒体の製造方法を提供するものであ
る.被転写体上へ、支持体の一方の面に剥離性保護層.
印刷層.蒸着層,接着層とを該接着層が少なくとも最上
層となるように積層して成る転写シートを、該接着層が
接するように配置させた後、微細な万線状凹凸パターン
群をその万線方向を少しずつ変化させて複数組配列させ
て成る凹凸パターンが形成してあるプレス版を該支持体
側から必要に応して加熱をしながら加圧し、該転写シー
トの剥離性保護層,印刷層及び蒸着層と接着層の該凹凸
パターンにより加圧された部分を該転写体上に転移させ
、微細な万線状凹凸パターン群をその万線方向を少しず
つ変化させて複数組配列させて成る凹凸パターンを剥離
性保護層,印刷層,庫着層及び接着層に賦型して得られ
る凹凸模様体を該被転写体に設けることを特徴とする画

〔実施例〕
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明
する.
第1図は、本発明に用いる転写箔の断面図である。ポリ
エチレンテレフタレートシ一ト(25μm)1に剥離性
保護層2(アクリル樹脂層)を設け、蒸着アンカー層3
を塗布し、印刷によりカラー印刷層を設け、その上にア
ルミニウムを蒸着し、最上層に接着層を設けた構威であ
る.蒸着アンカー層3は剥離性保護層2に印刷層4を設
けた上に位置しても構わないし、場合によっては省略し
てもよい.
第2図は、本発明の画像形成体の部分断面図である.
第3図は、第1図の転写箔をカード基体に転写する模式
説明図である.カード基体7に転写箔1〜6を接着層6
をカード基体に接触し、微細な万線状凹凸パターン群を
その万線方向を少しずつ変化させて複数組配列させて威
る凹凸パターンが形成してあるプレス版8で加圧加熱し
、プレス版8の部分をカード基体に転写する.
以上の様にして製造した画像形戒体は、従来の画像形戒
体に比較して、カラー表現が豊富で、印刷層が蒸着層と
共に保護層の下に埋め込まれた状態になっているので、
剥離及び衝撃(19!擦)に強い利点を有する.
〔発明の効果]
本発明による画像形成体は、従来のセキュリティ性に加
え、カラー表現が豊富でデザイン性に優れ、ホログラム
カ一ドに比較して低コストで生産性に優れた効果が得ら
れる.
さらに、印刷層が薫着層と共に保護層の下に埋め込まれ
ているので、印刷画像が剥離及び衝撃(摩擦)に強いと
