Claims (1)
三端子サイリスタと消磁コイルとが直列に接続さ
れ、前記二方向性三端子サイリスタと前記消磁コ
イルとからなる直列回路と並列に抵抗が接続され
た消磁回路において、前記二方向性三端子サイリ
スタの一主電極端子と制御電極端子との間に第二
の正特性サーミスタを設け、該第二の正特性サー
ミスタと前記第一の正特性サーミスタとを熱結合
