物を介して上部電極を構成したもので、この装置自体に
は上部電極に対向する下部電極をそなえていないが、建
築物に敷設した防水シートの下面にはシート固定具が建
゛築物に固定してあるので、前記ハンドタイプの高周波
加熱装置を、把手を握って敷設された防水シート上に運
び且つアース電極と上部電極をシート固定具上に位置さ
せシート固定具に圧接することで、金属板片状のシート
固定具が下部電極を兼ねることになって上部電極と閉回
路ができ高周波電圧が印加され、従ってシート固定具が
加熱されて表面の塗膜層が溶融し防水シートを確実に溶
着すると共に、防水シートとシート固定具の溶着作業が
極めて能率的となり、且つ外気が低温の場合にもこれを
身慮することなく防水施工を進めることができる。
