Abstract

PURPOSE:To fully stir developer in a narrow area by providing a pair of partition plates putting the flow of the developer between them a specified distance apart and disposing plural plates inclined to a developer advancing direction on the inner walls of the partition plates which are opposed to each other. せる。現像剤は、この2枚の仕切り板の間を充満するよ
うにして流れるよう板の間隔が設定されている。現像剤
は、2枚の仕切り板の対向する内壁に設けられたプレー
トにより、現像剤の流れに直交する2方向に均等に移動
が行なわれる。また、2枚の仕切り板間においても相対
する流れに仕切りが無いため、現像剤は混合撹拌される

現像剤撹拌装置。 2、前記仕切り板の対向する内壁の間には、常に現像剤
を充填して用いる事を特徴とする請求項1記載の現像剤
撹拌装置。 3、前記一方の仕切り板の内壁に設けられた傾斜プレー
トの傾斜方向は、現像剤の流れ方向に対して一方向に傾
斜しており、他方の仕切り板の内壁に設けられた傾斜プ
レートは、異なる方向に傾斜した事を特徴とする請求項
1記載の現像剤撹拌装置。 4、前記一つの仕切り板の内壁に設けられた傾斜プレー
トの傾斜方向は、現像剤の流れ方向に対して、左右に傾
斜させた事を特徴とする請求項1記載の現像剤攪拌装置
。 5、前記2枚の仕切り板の外側に、補助の現像剤流路を
設け、2枚の仕切り板よりあふれた現像剤をバイパスさ
せた事を特徴とする請求項1記載の現像剤撹拌装置。 6、前記2枚の仕切板の外側に設けた補助の現像剤流路
に、傾斜したプレートを設けた事を特徴とする請求項5
記載の現像剤撹拌装置。 7、前記2枚の対向する仕切り板を同一形状の部品とし
て形成した事を特徴とする請求項1記載の現像剤攪拌装
置。 8、現像剤の流れ方向を、現像機の側壁方向に向けて傾
けられた傾斜プレートにおいて、その傾斜を向けられた
側壁近傍では、傾斜角度を小さく、その側壁から遠ざか
る位置では、大きくなる様に設定した事を特徴とする請
