ジを差し込んで座金を窓枠に取付け、この取付ネ
ジの頭１１ａを、可及的手摺管の管端に近析配設
させたもので、座金３の外周に設けたネジ１４
に、座金の表面及び、手摺管の管端を覆うカバー
１５を螺着したものである。上記栓形部材２は、
ゴム質の弾性材を使用した場合であるが、この栓
形部材２は必ずしも弾性部材と限るものではな
く、第６図に図示するような軟質の軽金属製部材
１６でもよく、この場合、部材を管端開口内に打
ち込み固定すれば第２図に示すようなナツト８の
必要もなく、部材を堅固に管端開口内に固定する
