【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は,ドラム式衣類乾燥機に係り、特に、衣類の乾
燥性能を良好にしたドラムおよび通風路構或の改良に関
するものである. 〔従来の技術〕 従来の衣類乾燥機は第2図に示すように、ドラム25の
前面を,外枠26に固定した円環状ドラム支持体27で
支承し、さらに前記ドラム25の後部の中央部に突設し
たドラム軸28で支承している.円環状ドラム支持体2
7の内部にはヒーターを設置しており温風は該円環状ド
ラム支持体の表面の略下部に設けた複数の小円孔より送
り出している.また、ドラム支持体27はドラム25を
覆っていない構造となっている. 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 上記従来技術は温風の吹出口が前記円環状ドラム支持体
の略下部にあるため,温風はドラム前面部からしか吹き
出さない.したがって、ドラム内に投入された衣類の容
量が多い等、衣類の撹拌状態が悪い時、ヒーター付近の
衣類は良好に乾燥されるがドラム後部の衣類は温風が良
く当らず,乾燥時間が長くかかったり乾燥ムラが生じた
りするなどの問題があった.さらにチャックやボタンの
ついた衣類を乾燥する場合、ドラム壁面にボタン等が衣
類の落下の時当り、その音が非常にうるさいという問題
があった. 本発明の目的は,上記欠点もな<シ,乾燥効率が良く、
乾燥ムラの少なく,またドラム内で発生した音を低減す
ることのできる衣類乾燥機を提供することにある. 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 上記目的は,ドラムの全体または一部に複数個の小円孔
を設け、さらに該小円孔を設けたドラムの前面及び胴の
全体または一部を覆い、温風の通風路を形或するととも
にドラムを支承する円筒状ドラム支持体を設けることに
より達或される.〔作用〕 ドラムの全体または一部に設けた複数個の小円孔および
温風の通風路を形成する円筒状ドラム支持体により温風
が送風されるので、衣類の撹拌状態が悪い場合にもドラ
ム内の衣類全体に温風が当るようになる.したがって乾
燥時間が短くなり、また乾燥ムラも少ない衣類乾燥機を
提供することができる.また衣vtm拌のためのドラム
と該円筒状ドラム支持体は二重構造となっているため,
ドラム内で発生した音は該円筒状ドラムでしや音され外
枠外へもれる音を低減することができる.〔実施例〕 以下、本発明の一実施例について説明する.第1図にお
いて、1は乾燥機の本体,2は本体1内に回転自在に設
けられ、モータ3によってドラムベルト4を介して駆動
される回転ドラム,5は本体1の前面に設けた衣類投入
口でドア21により密閉構造となっている.前記回転ド
ラム2は、ドラムの胴部および,衣類投入口より外側の
側部を覆い本体1に固定されている円筒状ドラム支持体
12に支承されている、なお該回転ドラムおよび円筒状
ドラム支持体12とは気密フエルト22により気密に保
持されている.6は回転ドラム2内にドラム側部小円孔

い,また乾燥ムラの少ない非常に良好な衣類の乾燥をす
ることができる.また回転ドラム2と円筒状ドラム支持
体12とは二重構造となっているので,ドラム内で発生
した音は該円筒状ドラムでじゃ音され本体1外へもれる
音を低減した非常に静かな衣類乾燥機を提但することが
できる. 〔発明の効果〕 本発明によれば、回転ドラム内に投入された衣類の量が
多い場合にも、衣類全体に温風が当るので乾燥時間の短
い、また乾燥ムラの少ない衣類の乾燥を行うことができ
