Detailed Description of the Invention [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is mainly used to perform drainage, temperature measurement, and pressure measurement by indwelling in the esophagus or stomach, and to perform intraoperative management, postoperative and post-procedure follow-up observation, This relates to medical monitor catheters for monitoring and management. [Conventional technology] Catheters have been used for measuring temperatures in the esophagus, rectum, etc. There is no problem in simply measuring temperature, but if it is left in a body cavity, secretions will accumulate and will need to be drained. In addition, if other diagnostic items such as pressure measurement are required, separate dedicated drain tubes, pressure measurement tubes, etc. must be inserted and placed, making handling complicated and complicated, and requiring multiple tubes. It is necessary to insert the tube into the body cavity, which increases the pain caused to the patient. On the other hand, as a device having multiple i functions, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 51-84181 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 139763-1983

All of these devices are placed in the esophagus and have the function of measuring internal body temperature and monitoring heart sounds, lung sounds, electrocardiograms, etc.; It did not have any functions such as a monitor. On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-99226, it is possible to measure internal body temperature and simultaneously drain body fluids and inject medicine, but it is not possible to measure pressure, and the drainage does not come with an auxiliary tube for sanbu. Smooth drainage was hindered. Therefore, when measuring each single item, conventional catheters can be used, but when placed in body cavities such as the esophagus, secretions may accumulate and must be drained. On the other hand, the present inventors have previously invented a multi-lumen medical monitor catheter and disclosed it in Special Issue No. 1-351)6, which has one pressure monitor line, for example, It was possible to monitor the pressure at only one location inside the pipe. however,
Rapid advances in medical technology have now made it possible to monitor extremely delicate pressures, and for this reason, one method of monitoring, such as simultaneous comparison of pressure in the esophagus and stomach in the gastrointestinal tract, is one of the clinically significant evaluation parameters. It is becoming.
Therefore, the medical monitor catheters described above cannot support such evaluation methods, and the development of a new catheter has been desired. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of the current state of medical monitor catheters, the present invention not only measures the temperature within the body cavity, but also measures and compares the pressure at two or more appropriate locations within the body cavity. It can be used for smooth drainage of secretions by indwelling, as well as for drug injection and cleaning if necessary, and diagnosis and management of organ functions and medical conditions, making it convenient for intraoperative management and The purpose of this invention is to provide a medical monitor catheter that allows for easy follow-up, monitoring, and management after surgery and treatment without increasing the pain caused to the patient. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention provides a main pipe that serves as a discharge passage for body fluids, a first auxiliary pipe that is provided in a pipe wall surrounding the main pipe and serves as an air inflow passage, and a pressure measurement pipe. The main pipe has a plurality of openings in the pipe wall near the tip, and the rear end has a plurality of openings in the pipe wall near the tip. The first auxiliary tube has a connector portion for connecting to the tube, the tip of the first auxiliary tube opens into the main tube, and the first auxiliary tube branches near the rear end of the catheter, and a filter is attached to the rear end of the branch tube. The second auxiliary tube opens to the outer surface of the catheter near the tip of the catheter, and the third auxiliary tube opens to the outer surface of the catheter at a position 5 to 70 C1) from the tip of the catheter. The lead wire also branches near the rear end of the catheter, and the branch pipe is provided with a connecting part having an opening/closing length of 41 tl.The tip of the lead wire is located near the tip of the catheter and is equipped with a temperature sensor. This medical monitor catheter is characterized by branching near the rear end and having a connector at the branch tube at the rear end. Hereinafter, the monitoring catheter of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is one of the embodiments, and is an example having a drainage function with a bath, a temperature measurement function, and a pressure measurement function.

The monitor catheter (1) includes a main pipe (2) that serves as a drainage passage for body fluids, a first auxiliary pipe (3) that is provided within the tube wall surrounding the main pipe (2), and serves as an air inflow passage; ,
The main tube (2) has a plurality of openings (5) in the tube wall near the tip of the catheter, and the tip has a lead wire (4) for temperature measurement buried in the tube wall. It does not matter whether it is sealed and closed with a wall as shown in the example above, or it can be opened if necessary. Conveniently, the rear end has a connector part (6) for connection to a tube. The first auxiliary tube (3) has an opening (7) at its tip inside the main tube (2), and branches near the rear end of the catheter.
) A filter (14) is attached to the rear end of the main pipe (2), which communicates the inside of the main pipe (2) with the atmosphere via the first auxiliary pipe (3) and the filter (9), so natural drainage is avoided. During suction and drainage, air that is not contaminated with bacteria, etc. flows in from the first auxiliary tube (3), and the space inside the main tube (2) of the catheter (1) inside the body cavity where the catheter (1) is inserted is emitted. By softening the pressure, smooth drainage can be achieved by reducing drainage efficiency due to adsorption and preventing damage to the mucous membrane due to adsorption. Note that depending on the catheter insertion point where there is no risk of contamination, the filter (9) may not necessarily be attached.
Further, the tip of the lead wire (4) is located near the tip of the catheter (1), and a temperature sensor (12) is attached to it so that the temperature of a specific location within the body cavity can be measured. The connector (1) is attached to the rear branch tube (15) of the catheter (1).
6), which allows temperature display and temperature recording by connecting to the monitor section. Temperature sensors used include, but are not limited to, thermocouples, ξ stars, platinum resistance thermometers, and the like. Currently, thermocouples or thermistors are preferable due to cost, workability, etc. The lead wire (4) may be buried by inserting it into a pre-prepared hole in the tube wall of the catheter (1), or by covering and burying the lead wire at the same time when the catheter tube is tied. In addition, within the pipe wall surrounding the main pipe (2), there is a second auxiliary pipe (
8) and a third auxiliary tube (10), both of which have openings (9), (
1)) and branches near the rear end of the catheter (1), and the branch pipes (17) and (19) are attached with connecting parts (18) and (20) having an opening/closing mechanism. It can be connected and measured values can be displayed or recorded. These have the ability to measure and transmit pressure at two locations within the body cavity. Further, the opening (9) is near the tip of the catheter (1), and the opening (1l) is on the rear end side 5 from the opening (9).
~70Cl1. If this distance is less than 5 CI1, the positions of the openings are too close, so there is no medical meaning in measuring the pressure in two places at the same time, and if it exceeds 70, it is also clinically meaningless. It is.

Of course, it is also possible to inject the chemical liquid using the second and third auxiliary pipes for pressure measurement. This is even more suitable as there is no stagnation of water. Furthermore, in order to detect the positions of the openings (9), (1)) when inserted into the body, as shown in FIG. 2, the openings (9), It is also possible to embed an X-ray opaque material (21) on the distal side of (1). Examples of the X-ray opaque material (21) include, but are not limited to, incorporating an X-ray opaque substance such as barium sulfate into an adhesive or embedding a metal wire or the like. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3, openings (9), (1))
It is also effective to attach a metal ring (22) near the ring, and examples of the material include stainless steel.
Furthermore, it is of course possible to provide a plurality of pressure measurement passages in addition to the second and third auxiliary pipes, and therefore, this content is also included in the present invention. Furthermore, it is easier to handle and assemble if the catheter body (1) is integrated into a tube made of soft plastic or rubber, and there is an X-ray contrast line along the entire length of the tube to make it easier to visually distinguish Xfli3. 2 (↓3) would be more convenient. [Effects of the Invention] By using the medical monitor catheter of the present invention, secretions during indwelling can be easily drained, and if necessary, drug injection and cleaning can be performed, making it comfortable and relatively easy to use. It is possible to measure temperature, etc. with long-term indwelling, allowing for smooth diagnosis and management not only during surgery but also postoperatively and after treatment. Furthermore, since it has a function that can also measure pressure, it is possible to obtain even more information about the body cavity, making it convenient for postoperative observation, diagnosis, and management. It causes less pain and is convenient to handle. In particular, by having two or more pressure monitor lines as in the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously measure the pressure at two locations within the body. Therefore, for example, the pressure at two locations within the esophagus and the stomach, which have a high correlation with intrathoracic pressure, can be measured at the same time. By measuring this, it becomes possible to quantify the work of breathing, which was previously difficult to measure, and to determine the appropriate conditions for using a ventilator. This will be extremely useful, for example, for respiratory management after heart surgery.
