じ形或用芯聖に歯車列でもって動力が伝達される楕戒の
もの、例えば第6図に示すようなものが採用されている
. 解決しようとする課題: 従来知られている内ねじ部を有した合成樹脂成形品の成
形金型にあっては、第6図にて例示するように、金型の
キャビテイ70内に樹脂を射出成形後、可動側型板60
と内ねじを形成するコア61とを共に後退させて型を開

の成形製品取り出し時には、製品Bが完全に冷却されて
いないので、前記のような状態となると成形された内わ
じb部分が簡単に変形して不良品となる. このようなことから、従来は一般に可動側型を開いた後
に、成形された製品を型の外部から受け止めて廻り止め

障なく回転力が伝達される. このようにして製品Aは、可動側型形或コア21側に保
持された状態で、その内ねじ形或部aから内ねじ成形芯
棒30のねじ部31が外脱されると、第4図に示すよう
に、もはや束縛される状態ではない。そこで、周知の手
段によって、外部から推力を加えてエゼクタプレート5
0を前進させることにより、第5図に示すように、製品
押し出し片22が前進して、製品Aを外部に排出するこ
