ライドコア等の方法が用いられているが、離形の

点があつた。さらにアンダカツト部にネジ形状の
ある場合には電動機を使用することにより機構は
複雑になつてコストを高くしていた。

本考案における成形金型の離形装置は、固定型

型開時に両型板の対向面に沿つて成形品から遠ざ
かる方向に移動するスライドコアと、スライドコ
ア内へ回転可能に挿入され、その先端にあつて成
形品のアンダカツト部を形成する製品部ならびに
ラツクに噛みあうピニオンを有する回転軸とから
なることを特徴にしている。

り、成形品13にはアンダカツト部14がある。
移動型板12にはこれと共に型開(図において下
方へ移動)をするスライドコア15が図において
左右動可能に組込まれており、スライドコア15
内にはピニオン16と成形品13を形成する製品
部17とを有する回転軸18が挿入されており、
回転軸18はピニオン16の左右にある軸部によ
りスライドコア15と軸受体19に支持されてい
る。固定型板11には傾斜角αにした傾斜ピン2
0が取付けてあり、傾斜ピン20は一側に設けた
ラツク21がピニオン16に噛みあつていると共
に、スライドコア15内に挿入することによりス
ライドコア15が移動型板12と共に型開したと
きスライドコア15は傾斜ピン20の斜面と両型
板11および12の対向面に沿つて後退(図にお
いて右方へ移動)するようになつている。

とピニオンにより回転するためアンダカツト部を
形成する製品部も回転しながら後退する。このた
めアンダカツト部は径が細くかつ深くても製品部
は円滑に離形して成形品を傷つけることがない。
さらにアンダカツト部がネジ状であつても製品部
は回転しながら後退するため離形可能である利点
を有する。
