行うための排出用配管と、該排出用配管に設けられた第
三モータバルブと、蒸煮釜本体に加わる蒸気圧を検出す
る圧力センサと、該排出用配管に設けられ蒸気入れ用配
管中のドレンを検出するための第二温度センサとを有し
、圧力センサ、第一温度センサ及び第二温度センサから
の圧力及び温度信号に応じて各モータバルブの開閉及び
開度をコンピュータを介して自動的に制御するようにし

蒸気、ドレン及び煮汁を抜くための出口用配管と、該出

管に設けられ大豆の熱交換時の温度を検出しかつ煮汁の
温度を検出するための第一温度センサと、蒸気入れ用配
管のドレン抜き及び蒸煮釜の脱圧を行うために該蒸煮釜
本体の底部に接続された排出用配管と、該排出用配管に
設けられた第三モータバルブと、蒸煮釜本体に加わる蒸
気圧を検出する圧力センサと、該排出用配管に設けられ
蒸気入れ用配管中のドレンを検出するための第二温度セ
ンサとを有し、圧力センサ、第一温度センサ及び第二温
度センサからの圧力及び温度信号に応じて各モータバル
ブの開閉及び開度をコンピュータを介して自動的に制御
するようにしたことを特徴とする納豆用大豆の自動蒸煮
