処理槽内に設けられ、沈澱物のかき上げ片を有す
るフイルタドラムと、該フイルタドラム内部から
設けられた清浄クーラント液循環部と、前記フイ
ルタドラム内に前記スダレ状コンベア上面部に向
けて設けられた清浄クーラントを噴射する逆洗ノ
ズルとからなることを特徴とするクーラント液処
