(Prior Art) As a result of recent developments in the electronic industry and precision machinery industry, precision, high quality, and high reliability have become required. For these goals to be achieved, there must be less dust indoors. That is, in electronic equipment manufacturing factories, film factories, precision machinery factories, etc., even if a small amount of dust adheres to a product being manufactured, it has a large negative impact on the quality and reliability of the product. Therefore, in such factories, it is desirable to keep the entire factory or the area where the most important work is performed in a clean state. Such a room is generally called a clean room, and requires a very high level of cleanliness. Possible sources of dust in a clean room include dust from human bodies and equipment, and dust from human bodies in particular has a great effect on the cleanliness of the clean room. Therefore, clothes, hoods, etc. for clean rooms have conventionally been used to prevent dust from being brought in from outside the clean room using the human body as a medium, and to prevent dust from being generated from the human body. Some clean room hoods have an opening for ensuring visibility on the front surface of a hood body that covers the entire head of the worker (wearer).

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the conventional method, since an opening is formed in the front of the hood body, dander, grime, dust, etc. that adhere to the worker's head through the opening become dust. and dispersed into the air. Furthermore, since the workers are located close to the products, the dust emitted there directly affects the products. In order to prevent this, it is conceivable to close the opening with a transparent lens, but in that case, when the exhaled air is discharged into the hood body, the inner surface of the transparent lens becomes cloudy due to the water vapor in the exhaled air. In addition, for glasses wearers, the lenses may also become cloudy.
In either case, workability becomes very poor.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means taken by the present invention to achieve the above object is that an opening 2 is formed in the front surface of the hood body 1 that covers the entire head of the wearer B. In this clean room hood, the hood body 1 is provided with a transparent lens 4 that closes the opening 2 of the hood body 1, and the inner surface of the lens 4 airtightly surrounds the eye area of the wearer B to prevent exhaled air from being seen. A frame-shaped shielding member 8 is provided to prevent intrusion, and this shielding member 8 is provided with a band 10 for fixing and holding the shielding member 8 in close contact with the face.

(Function) Before the wearer B enters the clean room, he puts on clothes that have been subjected to dust removal treatment in advance, and at the same time, as shown in FIG. 1, wears the clean room hood A on his head with a band 10. At that time, the clean room hood A has the opening 2 of the hood main body 1 closed by the transparent lens 4, and the opening 2 of the hood body 1 is closed by the transparent lens 4.
This prevents dust from being generated. On the other hand, transparent lens 4
is provided on the inner side of the frame-shaped shielding member 8 that airtightly surrounds the eye area of the worker B.
Exhaled air is prevented from entering the field of vision.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a plate-shaped transparent lens 4 that closes the opening 2 of the hood body 1. This transparent lens 4 is made of transparent or light-colored glass or synthetic resin, etc., like sunglasses, and is formed slightly larger than the opening 2 of the hood body 1.
It is arranged on the inner surface side of the hood body 1. Also,
A through hole 5 is formed in the peripheral edge of the transparent lens 4 at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 3 of the opening 2. By fitting the hooks 6 into these insertion holes 3 and through holes 5, the transparent lens 4 is detachably attached to the hood body 1. Note that, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is preferable to interpose the sealing member 7 between the transparent lens 4 and the hood body 1 in order to improve airtightness.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a frame-shaped shielding member that prevents the transparent shield 4 in front of the eye area of the worker B from fogging due to water vapor in the exhaled air by discharging exhaled air into the hood body 1. . This shielding member 8 is made of a flexible material such as silicone rubber, and is shaped to fit the face of worker B so as to form an airtight wall surrounding the eyes of worker B, like a goggle frame for skiers. ing.
Further, the front surface of the shielding member 8 is removably attached to the transparent lens 4 via a double-sided adhesive tape 9 or other suitable adhesive. 10 is a known stretchable band for fixing the shielding member 8 to the face.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which the opening 2 of the hood body 1 and the transparent lens 4 have a shape that approximately follows the outer shape of the front surface of the shielding member 8. A flange 11 in which a through hole 5 into which the hook 6 fits is formed is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the shielding member 8.
A transparent lens 4 is attached to the hood body 1 through the lens 1. The rest is substantially the same as the previous embodiment. In the case of this embodiment, goggles used by skiers, underwater glasses for skin divers, etc. may be used as the transparent lens 4 and the shielding member 8.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, by providing the hood body 1 with the transparent lens 4 that closes the opening 2 of the hood body 1, dust attached to the head of the wearer B can be removed from the opening of the hood body 1. 2 is prevented from scattering. In addition, by providing a frame-shaped shielding member 8 on the inner surface of the transparent lens 4, which airtightly surrounds the eye area of the wearer B and prevents exhaled air from entering the visual field, the exhaled air exhaled by the wearer B is Since the transparent lens 4 in front of the wearer's B eyes does not become cloudy due to the water vapor contained in the wearer's B, the wearer's B's visibility is ensured.

Further, in the present invention, the frame-shaped shielding member 8 is fixedly held on the face by the band 10, and the hood body 1 is supported through the transparent lens 4, so that the hood body 1 softly covers the head. This can prevent as much as possible from damaging your hair. Furthermore, since the hood body 1 covers the entire head, exhaled breath and heat emitted from the wearer's head may accumulate inside the hood body 1 and cause the wearer B to sweat, and in this case, the shielding member Since the mask 8 covers the area around the eyes, it can prevent sweat from the forehead from flowing to the eyes.
Furthermore, since the shielding member 8 is fixedly held on the face by the band 10, it is in close contact with the face, and even if the wearer B shakes his/her head, there will be no gap between the shielding member 8 and the face. There is no possibility that exhaled air will enter the inside of the shielding member 8.
