Abstract
The present invention relates to a front shield type mask which can cover both eyes and a face part together with a respirator.
A front shield type mask of the present invention comprises: a mask body which can be closely attached along a face of a face; A shield which is fixed to the front surface of the main body and shields the surface of the main body from the outside; A filter unit installed in the main body to filter contaminants contained in air flowing into the main body; And an exhaust part for exhausting the air inside the main body to the outside of the main body.
Description
The present invention relates to a front shield type mask, and more particularly, to a front shield type mask capable of covering both eyes and a face portion together with a respirator.
Recently, air pollution has become serious due to industrialization, automobile exhaust gas and dust, and various kinds of diseases such as respiratory diseases and heart diseases are increasing due to these air pollutants.
In addition, fine dust contained in air pollutants may irritate the eyes, red eyes, red eyes, conjunctivitis and other eye diseases, and may cause skin diseases.
It is desirable to refrain from going out if the concentration of such air pollutants is high, and it is recommended to wear a mask when going out.
The mask is known as a general warming mask, a health mask and an industrial mask which are used for medical and yellow sand blocking.
These masks are typically configured to cover the nose and mouth, and are fastened to both sides with a locking strap that can be secured to the ear.
However, it is not easy to wear a conventional mask such as the one other than the above.
When wearing the mask, if the contact of the nose part is wrong, 5 - 30% of the polluted air in the whole air that wears the mask can leak.
In addition, conventional masks can block air pollutants from entering the respiratory tract to some extent, but they can not prevent the fine dust contained in air pollutants from getting into the eyes or the face.
In addition, in the case of a person wearing glasses, the mask may cause irritation to the glasses, and in the case of women, the makeup may be erased by wearing a mask.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus and a method for protecting and protecting both eyes and a face part together with a respirator, The mask is configured to discharge the air inside the mask to the outside when the level of the mask is higher than a predetermined level.
The front shield type mask proposed by the present invention includes a mask body which can be closely attached along the face portion; A shield which is fixed to the front surface of the main body and shields the surface of the main body from the outside; A filter unit installed in the main body to filter contaminants contained in air flowing into the main body; And an exhaust part for exhausting the air inside the main body to the outside of the main body.
A fixing strap for fixing the wearing state of the mask is connected to the body, and the body is provided with a cushion member along a circumferential surface contacting the face.
The shield may be transparent or colored, and the shield may be further provided with an ultraviolet shielding film.
The shield is provided with a fog-proof sheet or a heat-generating member or a fog-proof sheet and a heat-generating member, and the shield is composed of a single layer or a multi-layer structure.
The filter portion is composed of a cartridge detachably assembled to the main body and a filter retractably received in the cartridge.
The exhaust unit includes a cover to be assembled to the main body, and an exhaust film accommodated in the cover, which is opened by the pressure of respiration of the mask wearer and exhausts the air inside the main body to the outside.
The exhaust unit includes a cover to be assembled to the main body, an exhaust film to be accommodated in the cover, a battery to be installed inside the cover, and a battery to be operated by the power supply of the battery to forcibly open the exhaust film, And a switch for turning on / off the power supplied to the fan.
The exhaust unit is provided with a sensor array for measuring noxious gas contained in the air during respiration of the wearer, and the signal measured by the sensor array is transmitted to an external terminal through a radio transmitter.
The control unit is further provided with a control unit for activating and deactivating the fan according to the concentration of the harmful gas measured by the sensor array.
The battery may be any one of a primary battery, a secondary battery, and a solar battery.
The front shield type mask according to the present invention covers the entire face portion, and only the purified air is introduced into the mask through the filter portion, so that the wearer can breathe with clean air only.
In addition, since the mask has a structure in which the entire face portion is shielded from the outside, it is possible to prevent fine dust or the like from entering or adhering to the eyes or the face.
In addition, the shield provided on the front portion is made transparent so that the wearer's face can be checked by the people around him, thereby eliminating the aversion.
The gas component contained in the air during respiration of the wearer of the mask is measured and transmitted to an external terminal through a radio transmitter to check the health condition of the wearer of the mask. Also, if the concentration of the noxious gas contained in the air flowing into the mask is higher than a certain level, the fan is operated, and air in the mask is forcibly discharged to the outside, thereby preventing the wearer from sucking the noxious gas.
