Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the dislocation of a control cable even if it is repeatedly bent by an elevator's going up and down by providing locking parts of binders on the control cable to certainly bind an accessory cable every fixed interval. CONSTITUTION:A control cable 1 has holes 1a at equal intervals in its recessed parts to form locking parts of binders 4. When the locking parts are utilized to bind a coaxial cable 5 of an accessory cable by use of the binders 4, an elevator control cable capable of preventing the dislocation even if it is repeatedly bent by an elevator's going up and down is provided.

Conventionally, as this type of cable, for example,
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 1813, there are those in which a plurality of insulated wire cores are twisted concentrically and provided with a sheath, or those in which a plurality of insulated wire cores are gathered in parallel and provided with a sheath.

However, since the sheath surface of an elevator cable is generally molded into the same shape without unevenness, there are the following problems. For example, when installing an ITV camera or the like inside the car due to the diversification of elevators, if a coaxial cable is installed separately from the elevator cable, this coaxial cable can be hung in a U-shape from the passenger seat in the same way as the elevator cable. In order to prevent the coaxial cable from swinging and getting caught on equipment or protrusions in the elevator hoistway, the coaxial cable should be bound at regular intervals along the elevator cable as shown in Figure 6. Because the surface is uniform, the binding position may shift, or because the binding cannot be fixed to the sheath surface, the binding may be insufficient and fall, making it impossible to protect the coaxial cable.

FIG. 3 is a detailed view of the bind (4) portion that binds the coaxial cable (5) to the flat elevator control cable (1). When binding the coaxial cable (5) to the control cable (1) via the specified protective material (5a), wrap the binding wire (4) around the coaxial cable (5) several times and tie the binding wire at the coaxial cable section. After twisting, each end of the bind wire is passed through a pair of opposing holes, and each end of the bind wire is twisted together.

The above embodiment shows a method of binding coaxial cables using a binder when using a flat control cable for an elevator. However, if the control cable is a round cable, the circumference of the cable can be adjusted as shown in Fig. 4. A convex portion (lc) may be provided on the sheath surface along the direction, and a binding wire for binding the coaxial cables may be locked at the upper or lower end of the convex portion. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, a groove (ld) may be provided on the sheath surface along the circumferential direction of the cable, and the binding wire may be locked in this groove (1d).

In this way, by continuously providing binding wire locking parts (holes or irregularities) at a constant pitch on the control cable,
Coaxial cables do not shift position or fall due to lack of binding, even if the elevator seats are repeatedly raised and lowered.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, by providing the control cable with a binding portion, the attached cable can be securely bound to the control cable at regular intervals, so that the elevator cable is bent when the elevator goes up and down. This will prevent it from shifting or falling even if you repeat this process repeatedly.
