Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the rate of operation of a spinning frame by disposing an output means for outputting a restart-enabled signal when the detected rate of the driving system is larger than a set rate on the resupply of power after the breakdown of the powder. CONSTITUTION:When power is again supplied after the breakdown of the power, the rate of a driving system 7 is detected with a rotation detector PG. A rate of the driving system substantially not causing the breakage of a yarn even when the driving system is restarted is set with a setting device, and the set rate is compared with a detected rate by the comparison means of a controller PC. When the detection is larger than the set rate, a restart-enabled signal is outputted to restart a motor M, and when a restart-disabled signal is outputted, a spinning frame is stopped.

When a power outage occurs in a spinning frame, the power supply to the motor is cut off and the frame enters inertial operation, and the rotational speed of the spindle gradually decreases over time. During spinning, the ring rail is designed to rise while repeating up and down movements to form a tip, so it repeats up and down movements even during coasting operation after a power outage. If the power outage time is longer than the timer cell 1 hour, the motor will stop without restarting (it cannot be controlled during a power outage). When the machine is stopped, the system becomes loose and snarls occur in the yarn, but if operation is started with snarls occurring, a large tension is applied to the yarn, resulting in frequent yarn breaks. The above-mentioned snarl occurs when the rotational speed of the spindle falls below a predetermined low rotational speed due to deceleration due to a power outage. Therefore, when restarting the machine, thread breakage will occur frequently unless the rotational speed is higher than that at which snarl does not occur. If there is a power outage after the machine has entered high-speed operation, the spindle rotation speed must be 1 to drop below the predetermined low rotation speed at which snarl occurs.
It takes about 10 seconds, but if you set the above timer to 10 seconds, if a power outage occurs during the acceleration stage shortly after startup, restart the machine with snarls occurring in the thread. There was a problem that thread breakage occurred frequently. Therefore, in order to deal with a power outage during this acceleration stage, conventional methods have been used to set a set time such that the spindle rotational speed does not fall below the predetermined low rotational speed even if a power outage occurs during startup.
I could only set it for a short time of ~2 seconds.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In general spinning machines, when a power outage occurs after the frame enters high-speed operation, it takes about 10 seconds for the spindle rotation to reach the snarl generation speed. It is possible to restart even if the power outage is longer than a 2 second momentary power outage.

There was a problem in that the machine was stopped unnecessarily and the operating rate decreased accordingly. Particularly in recent years, spinning machines have increased to 25+ 00
Since the speed has been increased up to "Or-P-", there is a problem that the rate of unnecessary machine stoppage becomes even more significant. The object of the present invention is to solve this problem.

When the power is restored after a power outage, the rotation detector detects the speed of the drive system at the time of power restoration, and the comparison means compares this detected speed with the set speed set by the setting device, and as a result of the comparison, the detected speed is determined. When the detected speed is equal to or higher than the set speed, a restartable signal is output from the output means to continue the rotation of the drive system by the motor, and when the detected speed is lower than the set speed, the restartable signal is not output.

Embodiment In FIG. 1, 1 is a three-wire draft roller in a spinning machine, and 5 is a spindle, each of which is connected to a motor M via an appropriate gear train or transmission mechanism (not shown) to form a drive system 7. 3 is a ring rail. A series of operations of the drive system 7 of the spinning machine are performed by a programmable controller PC (
The motor M is started and stopped automatically according to a program installed in the controller (hereinafter referred to as a controller), and the motor M is started and stopped by the controller PC. Controller P
A pulse detector PG for rotation detection is electrically connected to C for detecting the rotation speed of the spindle 5 when the power is restored after a power outage. Note that the rotational speed of the spindle 5 can be detected arbitrarily from within the drive system 7, and the rotational speed may be detected from the draft roller 1 or the motor M. 1
o is a keyboard corresponding to a setting device of the present invention, and a rotation speed N that will not cause frequent thread breakage even if the drive system 7 is restarted and the spindle 5 is rotated when the power is restored after a power outage is inputted. The rotational speed Ni is determined empirically, and is set to the speed just before snarl starts to occur due to deceleration of the spindle 5 due to inertia during a power outage.
Generally, it is recommended to set the value to, for example, 1°000 to 2,0OOr, p, m, but it may vary depending on the yarn material, count, etc., so it may be set as appropriate. 12
is composed of The controller PC is programmed in advance so that when the power is restored after a power outage, the controller PC jumps to the program shown as a flowchart in FIG. 2 and performs processing.

In FIG. 2, the determination as to whether or not there has been a power outage in step (2) is determined by the values in the latch memory and non-latch memory in the controller PC. When the machine is operating normally, both the latch memory and non-latch memory become "1".
When stopped normally, both the latch memory and non-latch memory become "○". During normal operation, once a power outage occurs, the latch memory becomes "1" and the non-latch memory becomes "0", whereby the controller PC recognizes that there has been a power outage after the power is restored.

In the operation control device 12 configured as described above, when an operation signal is input to the controller PC, the motor M is driven and the spinning machine is operated. Immediately after starting the machine, even if there is a power outage, if the rotational speed of the spindle 5 is equal to or higher than the set speed when the power is restored, a restart enable signal is output, the motor M is driven, and the spinning operation is started again. If the rotational speed of the spindle 5 is below the set speed when the power is restored, a restart prohibition signal is output, the motor M is braked, and the machine is stopped. It goes without saying that the restart possible signal may be output when the detected speed of the drive system 7 is higher than the set speed, and the restart impossible signal may be output when the detected speed is less than the set speed. In this way, instead of making a decision based on the time set by a conventional timer, we have decided whether to restart or not based on the rotational speed of the spindle 5 when the power is restored. It is possible to reduce the number of spindles that break at the time as much as possible. If a power outage occurs after the machine has entered high-speed operation from accelerated operation, there is a margin of about 10 seconds for the spindle 5 to fall to the set speed due to inertia operation, so even if the power outage is relatively long, recovery will be possible. If the rotational speed of the spindle 5 during power-on is equal to or higher than the set speed, the system can be restarted and the operating rate can be improved.

Effects of the Invention In the present invention, when the power is restored after a power outage, the rotation detector detects the speed of the drive system at the time of power restoration, and the detected speed is compared with the set speed to determine that the detected speed is greater than the set speed. Since the system outputs a restart enable signal and restarts the drive system when the power is restored for a relatively long time while the drive system is rotating at high speed, the speed of the drive system will be higher than the set speed at which thread breakage is less likely to occur. If there is, it can be restarted and the operating rate of the spinning machine can be improved, and instead of setting a time like in the past, it is possible to restart the spinning machine when the speed of the drive system is higher than the set speed when the power is restored after a power outage. Since the spindle is restarted immediately, the rotational speed of the spindle at the time of restart can always be higher than the snarl generation speed, and the number of spindles that break at the time of restart can be greatly reduced.
