Abstract

PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a guide piece and a door sill, and facilitate maintenance operations by providing a brush which travels in a guide groove, to the lower part of the sliding part of a guide piece for an elevator door to make opening and closing of the door smooth for long periods of time and keep a stabilized operation of the elevator. CONSTITUTION:When a door fitted with a guide piece 10 travels, the lower part of the door is guided by a sliding body 13 because the sliding body 13 of the guide piece 10 is inserted into the guide groove 11a of a door sill 11. Further, a brush 14 of the guide piece 10 pushes out foreign matters accumulated in the guide groove 11a each time the door travels, in the direction of travelling of the door, and drops and discharges the foreign matters from plural discharge holes 11b provided on the bottom face of the guide groove 11a. Thus, after users the elevator, the brush 14 discharges foreign matters such as dust particles, earth and sand, etc., dropped from the users with opening and closing operations of the door, to the outside without accumulating them in the guide groove 11a.

The guide piece 1 as described above runs along the guide groove of the threshold every time the elevator car or floor entrance is opened or closed. For this reason,
If foreign matter such as dust, dirt, and sand remains in the guide groove, the wear of the guide piece 1 will progress significantly, and this will obstruct the door's ability to open and close, causing a malfunction that will impede the operation of the elevator. ing. In particular, among foreign substances, sand is 1 elastic body 4
The material acts like an abrasive on the outer sliding material layer 5, and wear of the sliding material layer 5 is significant.

As shown in FIG. 1, the guide piece 10 is attached to the lower part of the door (not shown), is inserted into the guide groove 11a of the sill 11 and guided, and is detachably attached to the mounting plate 12 and the lower part of this mounting plate 12. The brush 14 includes a sliding body 13 and a brush 14 integrally provided on the lower surface of the sliding body 13. The mounting plate 12 has a mounting hole 12a in its upper part for mounting to a door (not shown) via bolts, etc., and inserts the lower part, which is narrower than the upper part, into the groove of the sliding body 13, and when inserted into this groove, it will come off. In order to prevent this, a locking hole 12b is provided as shown in FIG. 3(a). Sliding body! 3 is a sliding material layer formed by integrally vulcanizing a sliding material with a low coefficient of friction made of Teflon mixed with an appropriate reinforcing material on the outside of an elastic material 15 made of a rubber material, as shown in FIG. 3(b). 16 is provided, and the above-mentioned mounting plate 1 is provided on the upper part of the elastic body 15.
A groove 15a is provided into which the lower part of 2 is inserted. At the bottom of the groove 15a, the locking hole 1 is formed when the mounting plate 12 described above is inserted.
Protrusions 15b, 15b are provided facing each other to engage with the slider 2b and prevent the mounting plate 12 from coming off the slider 15. The brush 14 has nylon fibers integrally provided on the entire lower surface of the elastic body 15, and when the tips are aligned and the guide piece 10 is attached to a door (not shown), there is a slight gap with the bottom of the guide groove Ha of the sill 11, and the tip is aligned. The length is such that the guide groove 11a does not come into direct contact with the bottom surface of the guide groove 11a.

次に1以上の様に構成された実施例の作用を説明する。Next, the operation of the embodiments configured in one or more ways will be explained.

When the door with the guide piece 10 attached is moved, the sliding body 13 of the guide piece 10 is inserted into the guide groove 11a of the threshold 11, so that the lower part of the door is guided by the sliding body 13 as in the conventional case. In addition, the brush 14 of the guide piece 0 pushes out foreign matter that has accumulated in the guide groove 11a in the direction of travel of the door every time the door runs, and removes foreign matter from multiple locations on the bottom of the guide groove 11a as shown in FIG. It is discharged by dropping it through a provided discharge hole 11b (one location is shown in the figure). In other words,
After the user gets on and off the elevator, the brush 14 discharges foreign matter such as dust and dirt dropped by the user to the outside without accumulating it in the guide groove 11a when the user opens and closes the door.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the mounting plate 12 and the sliding body 13 are made as separate bodies and can be attached and detached, but they may be manufactured in one piece, and instead of integrally molding the sliding body 13 and the brush 14, they can be made separately. The brush 14 may be made into a body, and the brush 14 may be inserted into the sliding body 13 and integrated by inserting or gluing.
4 may be selected depending on the purpose of the elevator, i.e., for passenger use, receiving goods, cargo use, automobiles, etc. Furthermore, the elevator type 4 may be selected depending on the purpose of the elevator, such as for passenger use, receiving goods, cargo use, automobiles, etc.
During the process, the material of the brush, the thickness of the Jml fiber, etc. may be changed to correspond to the usage environment.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, the guide groove of the sill is automatically cleaned at all times by the brush of the guide piece, and foreign matter does not stay there, so that the wear and damage of the guide piece is significantly reduced. The elevator can be operated stably over a long period of time. Also, maintenance staff can eliminate the work of cleaning the threshold.
Since the service life of the guide piece is dramatically improved and the number of times of replacement work can be reduced, the labor of maintenance personnel can be reduced and the time required for maintenance work can also be shortened.
