As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides an elevator landing sill 10 apparatus having a self-cleaning function, including a landing sill 10 and a sill bracket 20. The landing door sill 10 is provided with a sill groove, the inside of the sill groove is provided with a hairbrush 40 fixedly connected with a landing door 50, namely, when in use, the hairbrush 40 is fixedly connected with the landing door 50, preferably, the hairbrush 40 is fixed at one end of each landing door close to the other oppositely arranged landing door, and the middle part of the landing door sill 10 is provided with a first ash leakage hole 11. The sill bracket 20 is preferably a channel steel, a second dust leakage hole 21 is formed in the middle of the sill bracket 20, the second dust leakage hole 21 is communicated with the first dust leakage hole 11, and preferably, the size of the second dust leakage hole 21 is larger than or equal to that of the first dust leakage hole 11.
A dust collecting device 30 is provided under the sill bracket 20, and the dust collecting device 30 includes an ash chute 31, a collecting box 32, and a handle 33. The ash discharge groove 31 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sill bracket 20 and has a feeding end and a discharging end, the feeding end is positioned under the second ash leakage hole 21 and is higher than the discharging end, that is, the ash discharge groove 31 is obliquely arranged. The pocket 32 is movable, and preferably the pocket 32 moves in a longitudinal direction. When the collecting box 32 is moved downward in the longitudinal direction, it can be moved below the discharge end of the dust discharge chute 31, so that the collecting box 32 can be used to collect dust discharged from the dust discharge chute 31, and of course, other foreign substances falling from the first and second dust leakage holes 11 and 21 can be collected in addition to the dust.
The movement of the collecting box 32 is realized by a handle 33, the lower end of the handle 33 is fixedly connected with the collecting box 32, and the upper end of the handle 33 extends upwards for a certain length so as to be convenient for a maintenance worker to take. The upper surface of the landing sill 10 is provided with a dust taking port 12 through which a collecting box 32 and a handle 33 can pass, and the dust taking port 12 is provided with an openable cover plate 13. Normally, the cover 13 is closed, and when it is necessary to remove dust from the collecting box 32 periodically, the cover 13 is opened, and the maintenance person holds the upper end of the handle 33 to remove the collecting box 32.
In one embodiment, the device of the landing sill 10 of the elevator further includes a sliding groove 34 formed along a longitudinal direction, the sliding groove 34 is fixedly connected with the ash chute 31 and/or the sill bracket 20, the sliding groove 34 has a first opening 341 at a top and a second opening 342 at a discharge end of the ash chute 31, and the collecting box 32 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 34 while being in the sliding groove 34. Both the collection box 32 and the handle 33 can pass through the first opening 341. When the collecting box 32 is positioned below the discharge end of the dust discharge chute 31, the dust discharged from the dust discharge chute 31 may fall into the collecting box 32 through the second opening 342. The second opening 342 ensures that the collecting box 32 can normally collect impurities such as dust, and the first opening 341 ensures that the collecting box 32 can be taken out from the chute 34 after being fully collected with impurities such as dust. By providing the chute 34, it is ensured that the collecting box 32 can be moved accurately below the discharge end of the ash chute 31.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the chute 34 is secured to a floor 343 that can be used to support the collection cassette 32. When the collecting box 32 is located below the discharge end of the ash discharging groove 31, the collecting box is just supported by the bottom plate 343, so that the collecting box 32 is ensured to be placed stably, the situation that the dust inclines, tilts at one end and the like cannot occur, and the situation that the dust falls into other areas except the collecting box 32 is avoided.
In one embodiment, the elevator landing sill 10 assembly further includes a baffle 35 and a retainer 37 disposed at the discharge end of the ash chute 31, the baffle 35 being positioned between the collection box 32 and the ash chute 31. The baffle 35 is connected with the ash discharging groove 31 in a sliding mode in the longitudinal direction, a damping assembly 36 is arranged on the baffle 35, and a retaining piece 37 is located right above the baffle 35. A push block 321 which is matched with the damping component 36 is fixedly arranged on the collection box 32. When the baffle 35 is not connected or in contact with the holder 37, the baffle 35 is located below the discharge end of the dust exhaust groove 31 in a natural state (i.e., without external force), the baffle 35 does not obstruct normal discharge of the dust exhaust, and the push block 321 is located below the damper assembly 36 during dust collection.
During the process of taking out the collecting box 32, the pushing block 321 moves upward along with the collecting box 32 and contacts the damping member 36, and at this time, the pushing block 321 applies a small force to the damping member 36, so that the damper 35 slides upward together with the damping member 36. When the flap 35 is moved into a position in contact with or in connection with the holder 37, i.e. into the upper extreme position, the holder 37 holds the flap 35 in this position and in this position the flap 35 in turn just closes the discharge end of the chute 31. While the push block 321 continues to move, the force component applied by the push block 321 to the damping assembly 36 increases so that the push block 321 can pass through the damping assembly 36 and the collection box 32 can be removed.
The purpose of the above arrangement is that, after the collecting box 32 is taken away, the discharge end of the ash discharging groove 31 is closed by the baffle 35, so that impurities such as residual dust on the ash discharging groove 31 can be prevented from falling onto the bottom plate 343 and being accumulated on the bottom plate 343, and when the collecting box 32 is put into the upper part of the bottom plate 343 again, the upper end edge of the collecting box 32 may be higher than the lowest position of the discharge end of the ash discharging groove 31, and then ash discharge is not smooth.
In one embodiment, damping assembly 36 includes a housing 361, a ball 362, and a spring 363. The housing 361 is fixedly connected to the baffle 35, and a third opening is provided at an end of the housing 361 facing the collecting box 32. The ball 362 and the spring 363 are both located within the housing 361. A part of the ball 362 passes through the third opening and is exposed outside the housing 361. One end of the spring 363 abuts against the housing 361, and the other end abuts against the other part of the ball 362 inside the housing 361. The pushing block 321 applies a force to the ball 362, so that the baffle 35 is moved, and the pushing block 321 can pass through the ball 362. The damping assembly 36 is simple in construction.
In one embodiment, the holder 37 is a magnet fixedly disposed at an upper end of the discharge end of the ash chute 31, and the magnet and an upper end of the baffle 35 are attracted together by a magnetic force. The baffle 35 is fixed at the position where the discharge end of the ash discharge groove 31 is closed by adopting a magnet mode, and the device has the advantages of ingenious design and simple and reasonable structure.
In the description of the present invention, numerous specific details are set forth. It is understood, however, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without these specific details. In some instances, well-known methods, structures and techniques have not been shown in detail in order not to obscure an understanding of this description.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
