Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to create an interest as well as the observation of living fishes while highly maintaining the cleanliness and transparency of water in a water tank by providing a pressure type circulation device and a fish image- forming device for the water tank device. CONSTITUTION:A pressure type filtering circulating treatment device is disposed in a water tank device 1 for the swimming of fishes to always take out a certain amount of water from the bottom of the water tank with a circulation pump, circulate the taken water and filter the circulated water with the pressure filtering device for maintaining the cleanliness and transparency of water in the water tank, and the filtered water is cooled or heated with a heat exchanger to give the optimal water temperature for raising fishes. The water tank device is equipped with an image-forming device, thereby permitting to transmit the image signal formed with a computer for analyzing the image to a TV monitor 11 and project the image in the water tank device through a half mirror 9 to instantly show e.g. the ecology, habits, etc., of a non-existing fish or a slightly caught fish to a visitor.

By the way, in the conventional aquarium device, only the viewing of live fish is possible, and there is no way to create any fun other than viewing the living fish. Furthermore, with conventional aquarium systems, it is almost impossible to keep fish that are difficult to capture in the aquarium and enjoy them. Furthermore, in this type of conventional aquarium equipment, fish excrement and sludge from the outside accumulate, reducing the clarity inside the tank, which significantly reduces the visual effect for visitors. There is a problem.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates an aquarium device in which fish are allowed to swim, and this aquarium device 1 is placed on a pedestal 3. The aquarium device 1 is filled with freshwater or seawater depending on the type of fish. A diorama 5 imitating rocks on the ocean floor is arranged in front of the aquarium device 1, and this diorama 5 has two viewing windows 7, 7 formed therein as shown in FIG. Further, a half mirror 9 is disposed diagonally between the aquarium device 1 and the diorama 5, and a TV monitor 11 is disposed below the half mirror 9, as is clear from FIG. This TV monitor 11 displays images of fish (
(described later) constitutes a projection device that projects images. Further, above the aquarium device 1 and the diorama 5, a spotlight 13 is arranged to illuminate the inside of the aquarium device 1, and this spotlight 13 is supported so as to be freely movable above the aquarium device 1.

On the other hand, the aquarium device 1 described above is equipped with a pressure-type filtration and circulation treatment device, as shown in FIG. This filtration/circulation treatment device constantly extracts and circulates a certain amount of water from the aquarium device 1 in order to effectively eliminate solid matter floating or precipitated within the aquarium device 1. An outlet nozzle 32 is provided at the bottom of the aquarium device 1, and an overflow gutter 33 is provided around it. The flow gutter 33 and the outlet nozzle 32 are connected to a circulation pump 35 via a conduit 34, and the circulation pump 35 is connected to a pressure filter 36. This pressure filter 36 is small and requires a small installation area, is less susceptible to corrosion by seawater, and has the advantage of being able to perform rapid filtration.

Thus, the solids floating or precipitating in the aquarium device 1 are sent together with water to the circulation pump 35, where the pressure is increased, and then sent to the pressure filter 36. This pressure filter 36 removes solids, and the water from which the solids have been removed is sent to a heat exchanger 37. Here, the water is cooled or heated to ensure the optimum water temperature for raising fish.
This water is sent to ozone reactor 38. In this ozone reactor 38, water and ozone come into contact, sterilizing microorganisms that are the source of coloring in the aquarium, resulting in highly clean and clear water. Finally, this water is returned to the aquarium device 1. It will be circulated again.

This image 17 is created by a computer 21 for image analysis as shown in FIG. sent to,
From here, the fish image 17 is projected into the aquarium device 1 through the half mirror 9. In addition, the laser disc 23
The audio signals from the speaker are sent to a speaker 27 through an amplifier 25, and various sounds are emitted from the speaker 27. This audio appeals to the auditory senses of visitors and is effective in increasing the sense of presence. Moreover, as mentioned above, the water quality in the aquarium device 1 is purified by the pressure type filtration and circulation treatment device,
Since the clarity is high, image 1 is projected here.
7 becomes a clear image, and a beautiful image 17 can be viewed.

Furthermore, it is possible to create an image of a fish as if it were alive, let the fish swim, and during the swim, break the fish's body into pieces and reduce it to just bones, and then return it to its original form. It is also possible to project the image as shown in . Alternatively, you can make an image of the growth process of fish and project it into the aquarium device 1, and as the water quality becomes contaminated,
It is also possible to project how the body of such fish is being eroded. This has the advantage of not only emphasizing the interestingness of the fish images, but also allowing onlookers to view them while also considering themes such as the importance of environmental conservation such as water quality.
