〈産業上の利用分野〉
本発明は粘性土地盤の脱水を促進する目的のために軟弱
地盤の改良工法に関するものであって特にプラスチック
ボードドレーン工法におけるプラスチックボードドレー
ンの打設方法に関し、軟弱地盤中にプラスチックのコア
材と、そのコア材の外側にフィルターとして不織布で封
印するような形状であるカードボード体を設ける方法に

〈従来の技術とその問題点〉
従来のプラスチックボードドレーン工法においてはカー
ドボードの先端にアンカープレートを取り付けた後、マ
ンドレル1を地盤中に押し込み、所定の深さまで打設後
、打設された前記マンドレルlを引抜き、そこで引抜き
作業の完了時カッターによりカードボードの適切な位置
を切断する工程にて施工されてきた。このような場合マ
ンドレルの土中への押込みあるいは引抜きの過程におい
て前記マンドレル1の先端の開口部から水あるいは土粒
子がマンドレルの中に浸入する現象が見られた。特に引
抜き時に土粒子が浸入した場合にはカードボード体のフ
ィルターが破損することもあり、さらに著しい場合には
破損した部分の上部に位置するフィルターが全部前記マ
ンドレル1の先端の開口部に詰まることさえ生じる。そ
の結果このように開口部にフィルターが詰まる現象はプ
ラスチックドレーン工法の性能を害するばかりでなく皆
無にすることさえあり、そのようになることはきわめて
問題である。そして特に砂層との互層になっている地盤
では上述のような現象が生じ易く、非常に不安があった

部を通して中に進入するのを防止するものである。特に
圧さく空気を利用する場合は圧力調整器或は流量調整器
付コンプレッサーを用いることにより所望の圧力と流量
