<Prior art and its problems> Conventionally, bathtubs have generally been cleaned manually. Of course, in addition to manual cleaning, it is also possible to install, for example, a spray method or an automatic cleaning device using pressure water or detergent. However, all of these conventional automatic devices are very large-scale devices, requiring a dedicated bathtub and major equipment construction.

<Function> Hot water is sucked in from the suction port provided on the ship side of the main body, and hot water is discharged from the discharge port provided on the ship side opposite to the suction port, so that the suction port runs along the inner wall of the bathtub. Attracted to form. The boat then moves forward as hot water is discharged from the outlet at the stern of the boat. In other words, the main body can move with its suction port along the inner wall of the bathtub. Moreover, since the direction of the boat can be changed using guide rollers for changing the direction provided at the bow of the boat, as a result, the main body of the boat can move around the entire circumference of the inner wall of the bathtub. While the boat travels around the entire circumference of the inner wall of the bathtub, the brush roller is rotated by the driving means to scrub away scales and the like adhering to the inner wall surface of the bathtub. The fallen scale is sucked in through a nearby suction port and separated by a filter. As described above, according to the bathtub cleaning robot of the present invention, it is possible to effectively clean the water surface area on the inner wall of the bathtub, where scale and the like tend to adhere, without requiring any human assistance.

The main body 10 is configured as a boat and is able to float on the water surface and travel. Main body 10
A suction port 12 is provided on the side of the ship, that is, on the ship's side 11. Furthermore, this suction port 12 is provided at a location where hot water near the water surface 50 (see FIG. 3) is sucked in when the main body 10 is floated in the bathtub 30 (see FIG. 4). A pump 13 is provided inside the main body 10, and the pump 13 sucks hot water from the suction port 12. The sucked hot water passes through a filter 14 on the way and is discharged. The filter 14 is removable, and if scale or the like accumulates on the filter 14, it can be removed and replaced, or it can be reattached after removing the scale or the like. Reference numeral 15 denotes a motor as a driving means for the pump 13.

A brush roller 16 is provided near the suction port 12. This brush roller 16 is also
is floated on the surface of the bathtub 30, the water surface 50
It is provided on the water surface part of the ship's side 11 so that it can be positioned at a certain position. Furthermore, this brush roller 16 is provided so that at least a portion thereof protrudes somewhat from the ship's side 11. By attaching the brush roller 16 in this manner, when the boat side 11 moves along the inner wall of the bathtub, the brush roller 16 scrubs off scale etc. near the water surface 50 of the inner wall 31 of the bathtub. The scale that has been rubbed off is removed from the nearby suction port 12.
is sucked into the interior. The suction port 12 serves to suck in scale and the like together with hot water, and at the same time serves to bring the main body 10 closer to the inner wall 31 of the bathtub 30. That is, by sucking in hot water from the suction port 12, the main body 10 is drawn toward the inner wall 31 due to action and reaction. Therefore, the main body 10 moves with the ship side 11 along the inner wall 31, and the brush roller 16
The scales and the like are rubbed off and sucked in through the suction port 12.

A pair of brush rollers 16 are provided on both sides of the suction port 12 and rotated by a motor 17. As the brush roller 16 rotates, scales and the like adhering to the inner wall 31 of the bathtub are rubbed off and sucked into the suction port 12. The pair of brush rollers 16 may be rotated in the same direction, or may be rotated in opposite directions so that hot water is directed toward the suction port 12.

A guide roller 1 for changing direction is provided at the bow of the main body 10
There are 8. As shown in FIG. 4, when the bow of the main body 10 hits the inner wall 31 of the bathtub, the guide roller 18 swings the bow 90 degrees in the direction of arrow P and moves the main body 10 along the adjacent side. This is to get it running again. The guide roller 18 is the motor 17
It is rotated in one direction by a driving means such as. Regarding the direction of rotation of the guide roller 18, for example, when it is desired to rotate the main body 10 counterclockwise around the bathtub 30, the guide roller 18 is rotated clockwise. In the illustrated example, it is rotated in the direction of the Q arrow. When the guide roller 18 is rotated in the direction of the arrow Q, pressure in the opposite direction, that is, a reaction force is applied from the inner wall 31 of the bathtub, and as a result, the bow of the boat is turned in the direction of the arrow P. This guide roller 18 may be provided with a brush function similar to that of the brush roller 16.

A main discharge port 19 is provided at the stern of the main body 10 as a discharge port for finally discharging the hot water sucked in from the suction port 12 to the outside of the main body 10. The main body 10 is propelled forward by the discharge of hot water from the discharge port 19. Furthermore, an auxiliary discharge port 20 is connected to the main discharge port 19 at the suction port 1 of the main body 10.
2 and the brush roller 16 are provided on the opposite side of the ship. By providing the auxiliary discharge port 20 in this way, the discharge of hot water from the auxiliary discharge port 20 becomes a driving force, and the brush roller 16
The contact pressure on the inner wall 31 of the bathtub is increased.

Although a battery can be used as a driving source for the driving means such as the motors 15 and 17, it is also possible to drive the pump 13, brush roller 16, and guide roller 18 by, for example, a spring or other driving source. Further, although the main body 10 is configured as a boat, this boat is meant to float on the water surface and can travel, and its shape is not particularly limited.

<Effects> The present invention has the above configuration, and by floating the main body in the bathtub, the main body moves by itself along the inner wall of the bathtub, and the structure of the brush roller and suction port removes scales, etc. near the water surface of the inner wall of the bathtub. Scrape it off and inhale to remove it. Therefore, according to the present invention, the inner wall of the bathtub can be automatically cleaned without the need for human intervention. This is especially effective near the water surface, where scale tends to accumulate.

Further, since a guide roller is provided at the bow, the direction of the main body can be changed more easily, and the main body can be easily rotated along the inner wall of the bathtub.

In addition to the stern of the main body, the discharge port is also provided on the side of the ship opposite to the side where the suction port is located, so the contact between the brush roller and the inside of the bathtub is further improved by the propulsive force generated by the drainage from the discharge port on the ship side. It becomes stronger and can further improve the effect of removing scales, etc.
