【考案の詳細な説明】
(a) 産業上の利用分野
本考案は、燃料タンクの壁面を貫通して気化器
に連通する燃料パイプの下端に多孔性材料よりな
るフイルターを設けた燃料タンクの濾過装置に係

イルターが燃料を濾過しフイルター表面に不純物
が付着したまま燃料タンク内を移動すると、燃料
タンク底面でフイルター表面の不純物は押圧、固
着され、このためにフイルター面は目詰りを生
じ、ついにはエンジンの要求する必要量の燃料を
吸引することができなくなり、エンジンの不調を
きたす原因となるものである。このため、フイル
ターの清掃を行うフイルター表面に固着する不純
物をとり除くことはむずかしく完全に清掃するこ

ーはフイルターカバーに保護されて、燃料タンク
内壁をこすることがないので、不純物を圧接して
目詰りを生じることがなくエンジンに必要な燃料
を供給することができ、またフイルターに付着す
る不純物は洗浄により容易に除去することがで
き、しかも構造簡単で、分解組付容易でフイルタ

細な説明を行う。第1図〜第4図において、燃料
タンク17の壁面に開口する孔部19に嵌合する
弾性材料よりなる挿入体21を貫通して、燃料パ
イプ25が設けられている。燃料パイプ25は燃
料タンク17内を自在に移動するに必要な長さに
設定され、先端に濾過器27が挿入されスナツプ
リング29で固定されて設けられている。濾過器
27は次のように構成されている。すなわち、不
純物を濾過するフイルター31はフエルト材等の
多孔性材料にて円柱状に形成され、金属材にて円
板状のウエイト33と、円板状の中央に燃料パイ
プ25に挿入される連結管部35を連通して設け
た本体37との間に挟持され、金属製の帯板をコ
の字型に折り曲げた形状に形成されて、両先端を
本体37の外周に設けた係止溝38に係止する固
定用部材39により固定される。本体37にはフ
イルター31と燃料パイプ25とに連結する孔部
41が貫通して設けられている。フイルター31
の外周を覆うフイルターカバー43は合成樹脂材
にて筒状に形成されて一方に開口し、他方には連
結管部35を貫通する孔部47を設けて燃料パイ
プ25の端面と本体37との間に挟持され、フイ
ルターカバー43の外周には溝状に開孔する複数
の連通路49が設けられている。以上の実施例に
おいて、燃料タンク17内の燃料は連通路49か
らフイルター31を通過し、孔部41を通つて燃
料パイプ25から気化器に吸引されるが、フイル
ターカバー43に覆われるフイルター31は直接
燃料タンク17内壁に触れることなく自在に燃料
タンク17内を移動することができるので、フイ
ルター31で濾過された不純物が燃料タンク17
の壁面で押圧されることがなく、したがつて目詰
りを生ぜることがなく、また、清掃に際しては、
連結管部35を燃料パイプ25から取り外すこと
によつて、フイルターカバー43も同時に取り外
すことができ、さらにコの字型の固定部材を外せ
ば、フイルター31は容易に取り外すことがで
き、フイルター31の清掃も容易に行うことがで
