- 被加工物の内面を研磨する内面用通電研磨装置
において、導電性の軸体の先端部に軟質砥粒を有
する砥石を取り付け、上記軸体の上記砥石の近傍
部を残して上記軸体に絶縁性被膜を設けたことを
特徴とする内面用通電研磨装置。
