管全長に残り、商品価値を低下する。 尚、上記スパイラルマークの発生を防止するため、矯正
機のリーラ−にウレタン等の樹脂皮膜を施すことも考え
られるが、この基台には、金属製ローラーに比して寿命
が短く、鋼管原単価が上昇する。 (2) !1[!鉛めりき鋼管の溶融亜鉛めっき加工過
程で、搬送、固定、或いは内、面余剰亜鉛除去のための
蒸気ブローを施す際の湿れ蒸気等により、めっき面に変
色や軽微な掻き疵を生じ、商品価値を低下する。 尚、上記めりき面の変色や軽微な掻き疵を手直しするた
め、その表面に塗料を塗布することも考えられるが、こ
の場合には商品価値を十分には回復できず、鋼管原単価
も上昇する。 本発明は、矯正機に樹脂製ローラーを用いたり、手直し
作業を伴うことなく、簡素な設備により、矯正後の管の
表面の全面に光沢のある外観を実現し、鋼管原単価を上
昇することなく、該鋼管の商品価値を向上させることを
目的とする。 [課題を解決するための手段] 請求項1に記載の本発明は、金属製傾斜ローラーを備え
た矯正機にて矯正される亜鉛めっき鋼管の外a謂整装置
において、空圧又は電動機等にて回転速度を調整可能と
される回転式研磨具を備え、該研磨具の鋼管への圧接力
を調整可能とされる研磨装置を、矯正機の出側に配設し
たものである。 請求項2に記載の本発明は、前記研磨装置の出側に、研
磨後の鋼管表面に酸化防止剤を被着する酸化防止剤供給
装置を配置したものである。 [作用] 請求項1に記載の本発明によれば、下記(1)〜(3)
の作用がある。 (1)研磨装置は、矯正機の傾斜ローラーにてらせん移
動(回転しながらの前進移#/h)せしめられる鋼管に
回転式研磨具を圧接し、鋼管表面の全面を研磨する。 この研磨により、該鋼管表面に生じている前述した如く
の、■矯正機の金属製ローラーによるスパイラルマーク
、■溶融亜鉛めっき加工過程での搬送、固定、或いは内
面余剰亜鉛除去のための蒸気ブローを施す際の漏れ蒸気
等によるめっき面の変色や軽微な掻き疵を、消去し、そ
の表面の全面に光沢のある外観を実現できる。 (2)この時、鋼管は、矯正機にて加えられるらせん移
動を利用して研磨装置に対しその全表面を相対移動する
ものであり、研磨装置のための設備を単純かつ小規模に
できる。従って、鯛管原単価を上昇させない。 (3)又、研磨具の材質選定、空圧又は電流制御による
研磨具の回転速度調整、研磨具の圧接力調整により、鋼
管q施す外観性状は、任意に調整できる。 尚、研磨装置が鋼管表面に加える研磨は、研磨具の材質
選定、圧接力選定により、め−)き表面の数μ厚の酸化
層を除去するのみて、めっき厚は何ら減少せしめないも
のとすることができる。 請求項2に記載の本発明によれば、下記(4)、(5)
の作用がある。 (4)酸化防止剤供給装置は、研磨装置にて研磨された
直後の、研磨後酸化の進行していない鋼管表面に、防錆
油等の酸化防止剤を付与することにより、管表面の光沢
のある外観を長期確保できる。 (5)この時、鋼管は、矯正機にて加えられるらせん移
動を利用して酸化防止剤供給装置に対しその全i面を相
対移動するものであり、酸化防止剤供給装置のための設
備を単純かつ小規模にてきる。従って、鋼管原単価を上
昇させない。 即ち、請求項1.2に記載の本発明によれば、矯正機に
樹脂製ローラーを用Jtまたり、手直し作業を伴うこと
なく、簡素な設備により、矯正後の管の表面の全面に光
沢のある外観を実現し、鋼管原単価を上昇することなく
、該鋼管の商品価値を向上させることができる。 尚、請求項1.2に記載の本発明にあっては、矯正機出
側のオンラインに、研磨装置、或いは酸化防止剤供給装

各組のローラー3の間に鋼管1を通過させ、隣接する各
組のローラー3による矯正力を鋼管1の各部に作用させ
、鋼管1の曲がりを矯正可能とする。鋼管1は、傾斜ロ
ーラー3の回転力を得てらせん移動する。 外wt調整装置10は、第1図に示す如く、上記矯正機

せん移動を利用して研磨装W20に対しその全表面を相
対移動するものであり、研磨装置f20のための設備を
単純かつ小規模にできる。従って、鋼管1の原単価を上
昇させない。 (3)又、研磨具21の材質選定、空圧制御による研磨
具21の回転速度調整、回し八ンドル付送りねじ22に
よる研磨具21の圧接力調整により、鋼管1に施す外観
性状は任意に調整できる。 尚、研磨装置20が鋼管1の表面に加える研磨は、研磨
具21の材質選定、圧接力調整により、めっき表面の数
μ厚の酸化層を除去するのみて、めっき厚は何ら減少せ
しめないものとすることができる。 (4)酸化防止剤供給装置30は、研磨装W20にて研
磨された直後の、研磨後酸化の進行していない鋼管1の
表面に、防錆油等の酸化防止剤を付与することにより、
管表面の光沢のある外観を長期確保できる。 (5)この時、鋼管lは、矯正機2にて加えられるらせ
ん移動を利用して酸化防止剤噴霧ノズル31に対しその
全表面を相対移動するものてあり、酸化防止剤供給装W
30のための設備を単純かつ小規模にできる。従って、
鋼管1の原単価を上昇させない。 即ち、上記実施例によれば、矯正I12に樹脂製ローラ
ーを用いたり、手直し作業を伴うことなく、簡素な設備
により、矯正後の鋼管lの表面の全面に光沢のある外観
を実現し、鋼管lの原単価を上昇させることなく、該鋼
管1の商品価値を向上させることができる。 尚、上記実施例にあっては、矯正機2の出側のオンライ
ンに、研磨装N20、及び酸化防止剤供給装3130を
配置するものであるため、外観向上に際し、鋼管lをオ
フラインに持ち出すことにて生産性を低下することがな
い。 [発明の効果] 以上のように本発明によれば、矯正機に樹脂製ローラー
を用いたり、手直し作業を伴うことなく、簡素な設備に
より、矯正後の管の表面の全面に光沢のある外観を実現
し、鋼管原単価を上昇することなく、該鋼管の商品価値
を向上させることができる。
