Claims (1)
- 表面に電極を有する電子部品素子に、当該電極
と同種の金属を端子母材の表面にコーテイングし
た端子を圧接した構造の電子部品において、前記
端子の表面であつて少なくとも電子部品素子に接
する部分に、電子部品素子の電極とは異種の金属
を更にコーテイングしていることを特徴とする電
子部品。
