Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the necessary space for a power unit and facilitate maintenance and inspection by immersing a driving source and a hydraulic pump into the working oil in an oil tank and forming an opened port part on one side part of the upper surface of the oil tank. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor 1 as driving source, hydraulic pump 2, etc., are immersed into working oil 12 stored in an oil tank 11, and also a hydraulic valve 3 is housed in the oil tank 11. An opened port part 11b having a demountable cover 11a in the front upper part is formed in the oil tank 11. Since the driving source and the hydraulic pump are immersed in the working oil, the troubles of oil exhaustion and oil leak are prevented, and since also the hydraulic valve is set in the oil tank, the care for the oil leak is not required. Further, since the opened port part is formed on one side part of the upper surface of the oil tank, the need of maintenance and inspection from the back surface or side surface is obviated, and further since a power unit is immersed into the tank, space can be reduced drastically.

When integrated in this way, the area around the equipment storage area (5), control panel (7), and auxiliary control panel (10), especially behind the equipment storage area (5), should be used for mounting these devices and accessories. ,
For removal, maintenance, and inspection, it is necessary to secure a space between the machine room (9) and the wall for the operator to work. As a result, the space in the machine room (9) tends to become large, and the space for installation, removal, maintenance, inspection, etc. tends to become small, making the work difficult. Conventional devices have had the problem of solving this problem.

[Function] The power unit of the hydraulic elevator in this invention has the following features:
With the above structure, the drive source and hydraulic pump are immersed in the hydraulic oil, so there is no need to worry about running out or oil leaks, and the hydraulic valve is also in the oil tank, so there is no need to worry about oil leaks. It does not require much consideration, and since there is an opening on one side of the top of the oil tank, there is no need for maintenance or inspection from behind or from all four sides. Also, since the power unit is immersed in the oil tank, , the space can be greatly reduced, and furthermore, since the control panel can be installed off to one side other than the opening above the oil tank, the space can be reduced even more.As a result, the space required for maintenance and inspection is Space is required only in the front, so the machine room itself can be reduced.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the drive source and the hydraulic pump are immersed in the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, and an opening is provided on one side of the upper surface of the oil tank. Because of this, maintenance and inspection are performed through the opening on the top of the oil tank.
Since the space behind the power unit is no longer required, the space required for the power unit can be significantly reduced, and its maintenance and inspection become easier. There is also no need to worry about oil leaks, etc.
There is no need for space behind it for inspection, and it can be installed closely against a wall.Furthermore, the control panel can be installed above the oil tank opening, further reducing space. This has the effect that the power unit can be fully installed in the machine room.
