Abstract

PURPOSE:To decelerate with a simple construction and make dumping of plural pieces of refuse containers at one time possible by integrally connecting a parachute that reduces falling speed to the upper part of a soft tubular refuse container in a refuse collection device for multistoried building wherein a refuse container is dumped in a vertical transportation pipe and transported. CONSTITUTION:Seal parts 5a, 5b at the upper/bottom ends are sealed in a bag shape to form a refuse container 4 in a tubular body, and a parachute 6 is integrally connected to its upper part to make it a decelerating means of the falling speed of the refuse container 4 in a vertical transportation pipe 3. And, much refuse 7 made in a capsule shape with a vinyl bag, etc., is stuffed in the refuse container 4 and dumped into the vertical transportation pipe 3 from dumping holes of each floor. The falling speed of this dust container 4 is decelerated by the function of the parachute 6. Due to this construction, the falling speed can be reduced with a simple construction and can be surely decelerated even if plural refuse containers are dumped at the same time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a garbage collection device for high-rise buildings such as high-rise apartment complexes, and a garbage container optimal for use in this collection device.

Conventionally, in high-rise buildings, garbage discharged from households such as condominiums is collected by using plastic bags, etc. used when shopping at supermarkets, etc., as garbage bags, and filling the bags with garbage. The filled garbage bags (plastic bags) were thrown into a dust chute having a diameter of about 5 ('lO+n+s) and collected by dropping it along the dust chute.

However, as condominiums become higher-rise, the speed at which garbage bags filled with garbage (plastic bag hats) fall gradually increases due to dynamic falling. It may hit the bottom and break. If the garbage bag is torn in this way, the inside of the dust chute becomes contaminated, causing problems in terms of hygiene, such as becoming a source of bad smells and cockroaches.

To solve these problems, we put the garbage in a fixed garbage container (
capsule), maintain a constant gap between this capsule and a vertical transport pipe (deceleration pipe) such as a dust chute, and measure the weight of the capsule and the pressure inside the vertical transport pipe to balance gravity and air resistance. Various capsules have been developed in which the falling speed of the capsule is kept constant and the capsule is brought to a soft landing at the bottom of the ground by performing this control (for example, see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-252804).

In order to control the speed of each capsule, only one capsule must fall through the vertical transport pipe (deceleration pipe).
If the processing time for one item is 20 seconds in a 5-story high-rise building, the processing interval at one input port is 20 seconds x 35th floor =
12 minutes, resulting in a considerable waiting time at the input port for the next capsule to be input.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention reduces the price of a garbage container filled with garbage and inserted into a vertical transport pipe from an input port of a building, and also compares and measures the falling speed of the garbage container inside the vertical transport pipe. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device which can reliably reduce the speed with a uniform configuration and which allows a plurality of garbage containers to be thrown into a vertical transport pipe at one time.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the thermocompression terminals 13a, 13b, and 13c are mutually advanced toward the center of the outer cylinder 10 via the crimp cylinder 4, thereby sealing the seal wires 5a',
By sealing the cylindrical body 8 along lines 5b' and 5c' and cutting it along the cutting line 8b, a garbage container 4 with a large amount of garbage clogged inside and an air bag 17 integrally connected at the bottom can be obtained. Configure separately.

When the garbage container 4 falls, the falling speed of the garbage container 4 is reduced by the air pressure acting on the air bag 17.
Furthermore, this speed can be controlled by adjusting the amount of air discharged here via the throttle valve 20.
