(Conventional technology) In regions of Japan with heavy snowfall, it takes a lot of effort every year to remove the large amounts of snow that accumulates on the roofs of houses. Many people have been killed or injured by falling from rooftops while working to remove snow, and many others have been killed or injured by untimely snowfall. Furthermore, in years when the amount of snowfall is especially heavy, some regions experience snowfall over a dozen times.

As mentioned above, snowfall in areas with heavy snowfall, especially snowfall on the rooftops of houses, is a disaster that requires a lot of effort and time and causes many casualties. For this reason, snowfall contains a lot of water, so there is a lot of so-called sticky snow, which is heavy and easily sticks to objects. Such thick snow not only requires a lot of effort to remove from the rooftop, but if the snowfall is delayed, it may become difficult to open and close the doors of the house, and even worse. There is also the risk of causing damage and collapse of houses.

Therefore, many efforts have been made in the past to eliminate snow accumulation in areas with heavy snowfall, and in particular, various efforts have been made to eliminate snow accumulation on rooftops, which often causes disasters, that is, snowfall. For example, the "Jig for falling snow from houses" described in Publication No. 61-37700 uses a jig for falling snow on a house roof near the eaves, with a length equal to the frontage of the roof and a fraction of the depth of the roof. A bag-like body made of a rubber-like elastic material having a width and a triangular side cross section is compressed and attached, and the bag-like body is inflated with pressurized air to tilt its upper surface. It is designed to slide off only a portion of the snow, and the snow remaining on the top of the roof is allowed to slide onto the flattened bag-like body again, and then is slid off in the same manner as described above. recognized as a thing. In other words, this conventional snow removal device is designed to handle snowfall in relatively cold regions of areas with heavy snowfall.
A state in which the bottom of the snow is frozen in the form of a slippery plate, taking advantage of the phenomenon that occurs several days after a snowfall, when the part of the snow that touches the roof melts due to the warmth of the daytime and freezes into a plate shape due to the cold air at night. It is recognized that the snow on the edge of the eaves is lifted diagonally and slid off, and it is recognized that such bag-like bodies are arranged at the edge of the eaves so that the snow accumulated over the entire surface of the roof can be successively removed.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, with the conventional snow removal device described above, strong force is required to break and partially lift the snow that is frozen at the bottom, and the snow remains on the top of the roof. When ivy snow falls onto a compressed bag, it gets caught on its upper edge, making it impossible for further snow to fall. This is especially true in areas with heavy snowfall but in relatively warm areas. The bottom of the snow is not frozen like a plate, and as mentioned above, there is a lot of so-called solid snow.
The problem is that it is difficult to eliminate it even more partially.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and to make it possible to easily slide off snow accumulated on rooftops, which can be difficult to slip on, without the bottom surface in contact with the roof becoming like an ice sheet in relatively warm areas with heavy snowfall. To provide a rooftop snow-falling device having a relatively simple and easy-to-handle structure, which can slide down snow covering the entire surface of a roof at once, thereby saving labor for snowfall.

(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, the rooftop snow sliding device of the present invention is made of a laminated film of a rubber-like elastic material and a woven fabric material, and has an upper plane part and a bottom plane part joined to each other at one side edge. and has at least one inflatable/compressible bag-like body which forms a substantially scalene triangular side surface shape with a longer upper side when inflated and folds the side surface into a single fold when compressed; The flat part is stretched and fixed, and compression equipment is installed on the rooftop, and when the bag-like body is expanded at a desired time by injecting gas at approximately outside temperature, the snow accumulation on the upper flat part is removed by the slope of the upper flat part. It is characterized in that it is made to slide down beyond the one side edge.

First, the basic configuration of the rooftop snow sliding device of the present invention is schematically shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the device of the present invention attaches a bag-like body 2 that forms side surfaces of triangles a, b, and c when inflated onto the roof 1 of a house, for example, by stringing it to upper and lower edges a and c of its bottom. It is fixedly attached to the roof 1 by passing the snow through it, and its upper surface is appropriately sloped so that an appropriate amount of accumulated snow can slide down to the ground. The bag-like body 2 is made by properly welding and forming a film made by laminating a rubber-like elastic material that does not harden at low temperatures and a woven fabric, or by bonding and forming it with an adhesive so that it can stretch so as to have an approximately triangular side shape. A small number of bag-like bodies are manufactured, and both upper and lower surfaces are shaped and dimensioned to cover almost the entire surface of the roof 1. The slope of the roofs of houses in areas with heavy snowfall is usually made gentle to avoid unexpected accidents caused by accidental natural falling of snow on rooftops, or to ensure the safety of snow removal workers. Make sure that the slope, which is the angle θ plus the inclination angle of the bag, exceeds 24 degrees, which is where a full-thickness avalanche occurs.

The bag-like body 2 as described above is attached to the roof 1 of a house in a folded and compressed state as shown in Fig. 2 before the snowfall season begins, and the bag-like body 2 is folded and compressed into a single fold as shown in Fig. Sometimes it snows. For the snow-falling work, for example, air is injected into the compressed bag-like body 2 as shown in the figure, and the bag-like body 2 is expanded so that the side shape forms triangles a, b, and c shown by dotted lines.
The bag-like body 5 is pushed up and tilted to slide down, and then the pressurized air in the bag-like body 5 is discharged and compressed to prepare for the next snowfall. In order to inject air to inflate the bag-shaped body 2, pressure is applied to the entire bottom surface of the bag-shaped body 2 even if the snow is pushed up, so the injection pressure is relatively small and can be operated with a small air pump. .

Regarding the discharge and compression of the pressurized air, the bag-shaped body 2 after falling snow will naturally release air due to the weight of the next snowfall and return to its original folded and compressed state, but the expanded bag-shaped body 2 will return to its normal state of folding and compression. On a rooftop, there is a risk of danger due to strong winds, so it is preferable to operate the air pump for air injection in the opposite direction to suck in the pressurized air and forcefully fold it back to the compressed state. In this case, since the open end of the tube that sucks the pressurized air may be blocked by the rubber-like elastic membrane of the bag-like body, multiple circular or square holes are provided in the side wall of the tube near the open end. It is preferable to make a hole in the side wall so that even if the open end is blocked, suction can be drawn through the side wall hole.

Furthermore, regarding the folding of the bag-like body 2, the laminated film of the rubber-like elastic membrane and the woven fabric at the portions to be folded on the sides or upper and lower surfaces of the bag-like body 2 is heated and pressurized to create creases, or by welding. Creases are created by gluing or the like so that when the bag-like body 2 contracts, it will naturally fold and compress.

In order to fix the upper and lower edges c and a of the bottom of the bag-like body 2 whose side shapes are triangular a, b and c to the roof 1, the states at the time of expansion and compression are shown in Figure 3 a and b, respectively. As shown, fixing parts 3c and 3a are provided along the upper edge c and the lower edge a, respectively. As the fixing parts 3a and 3c, the edge part is formed into a tubular shape and a string is passed through it and tied to the roof, or the edge part is held down and fixed with a band-shaped plate.
The slopes ∠b, a, c formed by the hypotenuses a, b of the triangle a, b, c formed by the sides of the bag-shaped body 2 are approximately 14 to 19 degrees, and in addition to the slope of the roof 1 to which it is attached, a full-thickness avalanche occurs. Appropriate selection should be made according to the slope of roof 1 so that the slope exceeds 24 degrees. On the other hand, the width of the bag-shaped body 2 is preferably about 1 to 3 m for ease of manufacture and handling, and a plurality of bags are lined up according to the size of the roof 1 and spread over the entire surface of the roof 1. Further, an air inlet is provided at, for example, the lower edge a of the bag-shaped body 1, and is connected to an air injection source such as an air pump placed on the ground or the like via a suitable tube.

When the snow height on the bag-like body 2 mounted in the state shown in Figure 3b reaches 30 to 50 cm or more, air is injected into the bag-like body 2 to inflate it into the triangular shape shown in Figure 3a. When a plurality of bag-shaped bodies 2 are spread out, the snow accumulated on the entire surface is sequentially slid off, starting from the snow at the edge of the eaves.

Therefore, in order to sequentially slide off the accumulated snow on the plurality of bags 2 laid out as described above, the plurality of bags, especially the bags attached to the edge of the eaves, must be expanded and compressed many times. Since it is necessary and time-consuming to remove snow, it is preferable to install a single long bag-like body 2 at least along the slope of the roof 1. However, if such a long bag-like body 2 is made into an integral structure with a simple triangular side shape as shown in the first figure, it will require the injection of a large amount of air, which will cause inconvenience in installing, removing, and storing it on the rooftop. Such problems arise.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the long bag-like body that covers the entire slope of the roof 1 divides the triangular side shape shown in FIG. It is preferable to combine and join a plurality of bag-like bodies A, B, and C, each having a triangular side surface shape, so as to form a membrane, thereby constructing a bag-like body 2 that functions in the same manner as shown in the first figure.
That is, in the configuration example shown in FIG.
At the same time, the upper planes a and b of the bag-like body 2 are integrally formed, and the bag-like body C is joined below the bag-like body B to form the side surface shape of triangles b, c, and g, which are joined at the apex b. At least both end portions of the bottom planes a and c of the bag-like body 2 are constructed so as to be fixedly attached to the roof 1. Each of the plurality of partial bag-like bodies A, B, and C is provided with air injection holes at appropriate locations, and when it snows, air is injected almost equally into each of the partial bag-like bodies A, B, and C, and a comparison is made. Inflate the smaller partial bags B and C first to push up the upper edge b of the bag 2 first, and also push up the upper planes a and b as flat as possible to make it easier for snow to slide down. Manipulate. If the snowfall operation is carried out in a timely manner when the snow height has reached 30 to 50 or more, the snow on the entire slope will be reduced due to the above-mentioned deformation of the bag-like body 2.
It slides smoothly and falls to the ground. After the snow falls, each of the partial bag bodies A, B, and C is evacuated and compressed to prepare for the next snowfall, as in the case of a single structure.

In addition, even in the bag-like body 2 with the composite structure shown in the fourth figure, the slopes ∠d, a, and e of the partial bag-like body A are approximately 14
~19 degrees, the total length of slopes a and b should be 3 to 6 m or more according to the slope length of roof 1, and the width should be about 1 to 4 m as in the case of a single structure, and the manufacturing, installation,
Preferably, it is convenient for all snow clearing operations, removal and storage.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the invention, snow accumulation on the roof of a house in areas with heavy snowfall can be removed by simply installing a device with a relatively simple configuration on the roof, regardless of the quality of the snow. This provides an exceptional effect in that the entire surface of the rooftop can be slid down in one fell swoop in a timely manner, and the work of removing snow, which conventionally required a great deal of time and effort, can be done with considerable labor savings.
