Regarding packaging containers suitable for (Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, methods for protecting contents that are easily damaged during transportation include the use of paper (particularly cardboard), foam sheets, and resin foam moldings such as foamed polystyrene and foamed polyurethane. Various methods have been proposed.

In addition, there is a problem that not only the packaging is damaged but also the contents are easily damaged.

These cardboards originally do not have much elasticity as paper themselves, and have the above-mentioned problems, and are not very cheap.

Fix the sheet with tape, etc., and further pack it,
It is placed in a cardboard box, etc., and provides better results in terms of protecting the contents than a cardboard box alone. However, as mentioned above, packaging is very time-consuming and costly, and wrapping it with foam sheets, etc. The wall thickness increases the size, which is undesirable because it increases the cost of the cardboard and increases the transportation and warehouse space.

However, foamed polyurethane is expensive and not common. In addition, styrofoam molded products can be made to match the shape of the contents, and have good cushioning properties.

This requires two or three times as much volume, creating a huge burden in terms of logistics costs such as warehouse space.

In 11Q, it is common to attach a cylindrical cardboard sheet on top of the styrofoam case, or to use the styrofoam case inside a cardboard box, which increases the cost of the packaging itself.

The objective is to provide a packaging container that can withstand shocks caused by dropping or dropping. Another object of the present invention is to be formed to match the shape of the contents so that the contents can be held and fixed within the container with good cushioning properties without creating an extra space between the contents and the packaging container. At the same time, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging container that is space-saving, saves warehouse space and distribution space, and significantly reduces storage and distribution costs.
(問題点を解決する為の手段) 上記目的は以下の本発明によって達成される。(Means for solving problems) The above objects are achieved by the present invention as described below.

Most of the content is absorbed and relaxed by the ribs 2, and the contents 3 are well protected from impact.

Due to cost considerations, vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, ABSr4 resin, high impact polystyrene, etc. are generally used.

Similarly, the shape may be approximately similar to the shape of the contents 3 to be packed, and it can be molded into a desired shape by extrusion molding. Furthermore, although a portion of each corner is formed in a circular shape, the shape is not particularly limited to this, and it may have a ridgeline like a general box.

器は比較的軽量物の梱包に適している。The wall thickness of this cylindrical body l depends on the material, but is desirably 2 mm or less, more preferably 1 mm or less, and even more preferably 0.
.. It is 8 mm or less. On the other hand, if the wall thickness is too thin, the effect will be reduced and processing will be difficult, so the thickness should be 0.4 mm or more, more preferably 0.4 mm or more. The wall thickness should be 5 mm or more. In addition, in order to provide sufficient strength to the entire cylindrical body 1, in addition to increasing the wall thickness, it is also effective to provide reinforcement shapes such as approximately triangular shapes at the four corners during extrusion molding, or to create a structure with other ribs erected. This is a great method. Two ribs 2 are provided on each side of the inner surface of the cylinder 1, but the number of ribs is not particularly limited as long as the contents 3 are held well. Further, the rib 2 has a curved surface portion extending from the inner surface as shown in the figure, and the curved surface portion contacts the contents 3 and presses the contents 3 with the elasticity of the rib 2.
It is preferable to hold the contents 3, and the shape is not particularly limited as long as it has such a function, but in order to elastically hold the contents, the thickness of the ribs 2 protruding inward should be 10 mm or more. , the curved surface has an R of 3R or more and an R of 90 degrees or more
It is preferable to have a section. The ribs 2 may be molded separately from the cylinder and fixed to the inner surface of the cylinder 1, but it is most desirable in terms of cost to mold them at the same time as the cylinder 1 is extruded. It does not have to be the same as the molding material for the body 1; materials with high elasticity such as soft vinyl chloride resin, polyurethane elastomer, etc. are also useful. Further, the shape, weight, etc. of the contents 3 to be packed are not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the weight of the contents 3 is 5 kg or less, preferably 3 kg or less. If the weight of the contents 3 becomes too heavy, the wall thickness of the cylindrical body 1 must be increased, which increases the cost. On the other hand, when the wall thickness increases, the rigidity of the cylindrical body 1 increases, the cushioning properties decrease, and the protection of the contents 3 becomes insufficient. If the ribs 2 are made thicker in order to prevent this, the cost will also increase in this respect. Therefore, the packaging container of the present invention is suitable for packaging relatively lightweight items.

が得られる様になる。Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, side plates 4 are prepared which are applied to both ends of the cylindrical body l. This side plate 4 may be a flat plate that simply contacts the end of the cylindrical body 1. Of course, it is preferable that the side plate 4 be configured to be able to be fitted to both ends of the cylindrical body 1 by known means. The side plate 4 may be a cardboard side plate if the contents 3 are strong against impact such as falling from the direction of the side plate 4, but otherwise,
Styrofoam molded products, extrusion molded products, vacuum molded products, etc. can be used. Among these, the use of vacuum-formed products is particularly effective in terms of cost reduction. In this case, the vacuum-formed product is such that the part that receives the impact directly when the item 3 falls does not come into contact with the item 3, and the part that comes into contact with the item 3 when it falls has cushioning properties, so that when the item 3 is dropped, It is preferable that the structure has a structure that softens the impact such as. Also, similar to the cylinder l,
Ribs or recesses may also be provided on the inner surface of the side plate 4. Furthermore, there are various methods of fixing the side plate 4, such as bonding with a band; however, the contents 3 are attached to the cylinder 1, the side plates 4 as described above are attached to both ends, and stretch film or other methods are available. A method of fixing with a shrink film or the like is preferred. According to such a method, it is possible not only to fix the film with less manpower and at low cost, but also to have a desirable appearance, and by printing on the film, it becomes possible to obtain a more desirable appearance as a product.
