The hot air is blown in by a heating machine having a fan and a fan, and the seaweed is dried by the hot air. When drying such seaweed, the humidity in the drying room is an important factor in obtaining high quality seaweed, and various measures have been taken to maintain an appropriate humidity.

This device is said to lower the temperature when increasing the relative humidity in the drying chamber, and it is said to supply steam when increasing the absolute humidity.

Since the set temperature also has a certain limited range, it cannot be changed without limit, and the absolute humidity must be adjusted. The method for doing so is shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-271967. Regardless of the technology, all conventional devices were devices that supplied steam.

Alternatively, it is possible to adjust the relative humidity in the drying chamber by opening and closing a ventilation fan. However, at the beginning and end of drying when there is not much seaweed in the drying room, there is a lack of moisture throughout, so it is necessary to add additional moisture. Conventionally, the method of adding this moisture was to supply steam as described above, but supplying steam requires a large-scale steam generator, and it takes a long time for the steam to rise, so a quick response is required. The drawback was that it was not possible.

In other words, in a seaweed dryer consisting of a drying room installed in a building with ventilation holes and a heating machine placed adjacent to the drying room, a hot water boiler is installed in the building, and an upward opening is installed in the upper part of the outside of the drying room. A saucer is arranged, a pressure pump is attached to forcefully pump the hot water in the hot water boiler, a hot water supply pipe extending from the pressure pump is inserted into the saucer, and a portion of the hot water supply pipe is inside the saucer. This is a humidifying device for a seaweed dryer, characterized in that a required number of hot water spout holes are provided through the seaweed dryer.

れる様にしておく。 In the humidifying device of the present invention having such a configuration, the humidity and temperature are constantly detected by the humidity sensor and temperature sensor disposed in the drying chamber, and the drying of the seaweed is carried out by adjusting the temperature and opening/closing the exhaust hole 2. As long as the relative humidity can be adjusted within a range that does not interfere with the process, there will be less seaweed in the drying chamber. If the absolute moisture content in the drying chamber is insufficient due to other factors, that is, the temperature is at the limit that will cause problems in drying the seaweed. If the relative temperature is still insufficient even if the temperature has been raised to
By operating the pressure pump 7, the hot water in the hot water boiler 6, which always stores hot water at the required temperature, passes through the hot water supply pipe 8 and rises to the saucer 9 installed on the roof of the drying room 3. , the hot water is ejected from a hot water spout hole 10 provided through the hot water supply pipe 8 in the saucer 9. Then, the spouted fine granular hot water, that is, mist hot water, is taken into the heating machine 4 by the suction fan 5 of the heating machine 4, humidified there again, and sent into the drying chamber 3 together with the heated air, where the required amount is It supplies moisture. This spouting of hot water continues until the amount of moisture determined by the humidity sensor, temperature sensor, and their controller installed in the drying chamber 3 is supplied, and when the required amount of moisture is supplied, it automatically Make sure it is stopped.

の水分排出パイプである。 In addition, in Figures 1 and 2, 12 indicates that when hot water is spouted out, there are areas near the nozzle where the hot water tends to form larger drops than necessary and simply fall. If hot water enters the heating machine 4 and further into the drying room 3 as it is, it will damage the seaweed, so this large droplet of water is received in a saucer 9 and the water discharge pipe is for discharging the water stored there.

がある。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the apparatus of the present invention, when drying seaweed, the absolute amount of moisture in the drying chamber is insufficient, and in order to supply moisture, hot water is sprayed in the form of a mist inside the building.
Since this water is introduced into the drying chamber through the heating fan, the necessary moisture can be quickly supplied using a small-scale device. In other words, it is easy to constantly store the required amount of hot water maintained at the required temperature in a hot water boiler, considering that the amount of water required for this type of equipment is not very large, and this is compared to the case of steam supply. In this way, the supply equipment can be small-scale and can respond quickly. Furthermore, since hot water is supplied, the sensible heat content of the hot water does not lower the temperature of the system and is more effective than when cold water is supplied.
