【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は中心にテーパー状の取付穴を穿設した
シエル型フライスカツターをフライスアーバーに
取付けるに当り、両者の間にテーパー部材を圧入
するためのネジ部材に関する。

大きな場合には、一体型のフライスカツターを製
造する価格が高価で、しかも刃部が消耗したとき
にはシヤンク部まで交換しなければならず極めて
不経済であり、そのため刃部だけ交換できるシエ
ル型フライスカツターが使用されている。その交
換可能なシエル型フライスカツターをフライスア
ーバーに取付ける方法としては従来からフライス
アーバーの取付軸とシエル型フライスカツターの
取付穴に左ネジを螺設して、両者を螺合にて取付
けるものや、両者を他のボルトで固定し取付ける
もの等であるが、どちらも一体型のものと比べ必
ずしも満足すべきものではなく、この観点から本
考案者は、「特許願昭和61年第005771号」にて一
体型に近い性能を有するシエル型フライスカツタ
ーの取付方法を提案し、その取付方法は先端をス
トレート段部に形成したフライスアーバーの取付
軸に、該取付軸より適宜に大きなテーパー状の取
付穴を中心に穿設したシエル型フライスカツター
を遊嵌させ、これら取付軸と取付穴との間にテー
パー部材をネジ部材で圧入し、フライスアーバー
にシエル型フライスカツターを固定させる取付方
法であつて、これに基づき本考案はそのテーパー
部材を確実容易に圧入したり引抜いたりできるネ
ジ部材を提供するにある。

ネジ部材Aも取付軸5aのネジ穴5cに螺合させ
たならば、六角レンチをネジ部材Aの六角穴1b
に差し込み六角レンチで締付けるとネジ部材Aと
係合したテーパー部材3はネジ部材Aにより強力
に押込まれ圧入されるためシエル型フライスカツ
ター4はフライスアーバー5に強固に取付けられ
るのである。又、シエル型フライスカツター4を
フライスアーバー5から取外す時には、反対にネ
ジ部材Aを六角レンチで緩めればそれに伴つて強
固に圧入されたテーパー部材3も簡単に抜き出さ
れ、極めて容易に取外しできる。又、テーパー部
材3の圧入時や抜き出し時にはネジ部材Aの頭部
1やテーパー部材3の突周部3aにかなりの力が
加わり、変形し易く、それなりの強度を必要とし
その部分を厚くすれば良いが、ネジ部材Aの頭部
1の長さは制限される。つまりテーパー部材3は
取付け精度や強度的にフライスアーバー5の取付
軸5aと直接より多く密着させた方がよく、その

ではテーパー部材3と頭部1とがテーパー状であ
るからして必ず密着し重切削時にビビリを防止す
ると共にテーパー溝1aに係合するテーパー部材
3からの反作用として力が強く加わり、そのため
ネジ部材Aに緩み止めの効果を有する。
