Compressed air is added to the circulation circuit of drying tank → cooler → condensate separator → blower, and the fiber package is dried by hot air circulating under pressure.
A package tank in which the fiber package can be attached and detached is connected to the circulation circuit, and during the drying process, a fiber package with a low moisture content is loaded into the package tank and the hot air is passed through it to increase the moisture content of the fiber package. , and then releasing the pressure in the package tank without reducing the pressure in the circulation circuit, and then transporting the fiber package,
In the second invention, compressed air is added to the circulation circuit of blower → heater → drying tank → cooler → condensate separator → blower, so that the fiber package is dried by hot air circulating under pressure. The fiber puff cage is characterized in that at least one package tank into which a fiber package can be attached and detached is inserted downstream of the drying tank in the circulation circuit, and the condensate separator is inserted in a roundabout manner via a switching valve. It is a drying device.

When the temperature is below 0°C, the condensate is absorbed into the fiber package without using a cooler, allowing efficient condensate separation.

2 is a drying tank, 2 is an opening/closing lid, 3 is a fiber package loaded in the drying tank, 4 is a carrier, 5 is a cooler, and 6 is a heater. The air sent from the blower 7 enters the heater 6 and is controlled to a constant temperature by the temperature controller TC before passing through the switching valve 18.
It is fed into the drying tank 1 via the drying tank 1. The switching valve 18 can switch the flow of air to the fiber package 3 to be dried in the drying tank 1 from ON-+OUT to OUT → IN using an air cylinder 19 .

Absorbs moisture in a short time. In this case, the cooler 5 does not heat up. Since the moisture absorption effect of this fiber package differs depending on the material of the fiber puff cage 14, the fiber packages 3 and 14 are usually
are preferably made of the same material. When the limit water absorption rate of the fiber package 14 is reached, the switching valve 11 is opened, and the switching valve 9.
Close the IO and switch the air flow to continue the drying process.

The fiber package 14 that has absorbed moisture is taken out from the package tank 12 along with the carrier 15, and the fiber package 14 is replaced with a dry fiber package 14 before the dyeing process, and loaded into the package tank 12. After making the pressure the same as that of the switching valve 9.10.1
By the function of 1, the water absorption effect in the circulating air can be performed again.
