Claims (1)
- 弁座面を有する作業室の開口部を、前記弁座面
に対し押圧されて前記開口部を密閉する弁体と、
この弁体を前記弁座面へ押圧させる駆動部とを備
えたゲートバルブにおいて、前記弁体内部に弾性
変形可能なハニカム形状を持つ構造を特徴とする
ゲートバルブ。
