出動作をする押上機構19を備え、更に、パレツ
ト9には前記停止機構17のピストン16にて係
止せられる係止部20を設けると共に、その両端
部下面に内搾り状の傾斜部9a,9bを設け、更
に、該傾斜部9a,9bに対応する傾斜部13
a,18aを夫々静止ブロツク13及び押上機構
19の押上ピストン18に設け、且つ、前記静止
ブロツク13には前記押上機構19と反対側にパ

トン16がパレツト9の方へ突出動作をする停止
機構17と、感知器15の上記動作に伴つてピス
トン16の突出動作と殆ど同時に、又はこれより
僅かに遅れてその押上ピストン18がパレツト9
の方へ突出動作をする押上機構19とを夫々取付
けている。

り正確に走行方向の所定の位置に位置決めされ

対してパレツト9及びこれに取付けてある被加工
物11が、前後左右及び上下夫々の方向に於て所
定の位置となるものである。そして所定の加工動
作が終われば、制御部の指令によつて停止機構1
