In areas such as Hokkaido, where the winters are extremely cold, double-glazed windows are used. In this case, the inner window is located at a distance from the outer window, and is generally a built-in window. That is, it is constructed by fitting and fixing a frame body fitted with glass into an opening. In winter, there is no need to open the inner window, but in other seasons, when opening the window for ventilation, it is necessary to remove the entire inner window from the opening, and then reinstall it when necessary. It is time-consuming. There is also a safety problem in that it cannot be easily removed and evacuated in the event of an earthquake or fire.

In recent years, insulation has become more important as houses are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems, and windows are required to have insulation properties that allow warm air to escape when heating and cold air to escape when cooling. . Therefore, there is a recent trend to adopt double-glazed windows nationwide, not just in areas such as Hokkaido.

It is also possible to use double-sliding windows that can be opened and closed as inner windows, but there are fundamental problems with this. That is, two rails are required to install a double-sliding window, and although the installation space for double-panel windows is large, the width of one rail protrudes toward the inside of the room, compressing the indoor space. Also, from a design point of view, it is not desirable that rails that are rarely used are exposed.

The present invention is an inner window device in which a part of the window panel is folded into a door shape and opened, and furthermore, in the opened state, the window panel moves horizontally as a unit. It is an inner window device that constitutes the inner window of double-glazed windows such as, etc., and is composed of left and right vertical frames and upper and lower horizontal frames. Consists of multiple window panels foldably connected by a hinge mechanism installed within the window frame.
The window panel has a stable holding mechanism on opposing panel parts when folded to connect and hold both parts, and is housed within the window frame so as to be horizontally movable in the folded state by a movement guide mechanism, The invention further provides an internal window arrangement in which the window panel comprises a plastic peripheral frame and a plastic double-component panel housed within the peripheral frame.

To explain the closed state shown in Figure 2,
The three window panels 2 are located on the same plane, and at first glance appear to have the same appearance as a fitted window. At this time, the magnet 28 is aligned with the magnet receiving plate 13, and the left and right window panels 2 are kept closed, and the central window panel 2 is of course located at the center of the window frame 1. Furthermore, in the closed state, the tongue piece 12 of the window frame 1 continuously contacts the window panel 2, ensuring reliable airtightness.

Opening of both window panels 2 is performed by placing a finger on the periphery 27 of the vertical frame 17 of each window panel 2 from the state shown in FIG. 2 and pulling it to release the magnetic catch mechanism constituted by each magnetic receiving plate 13. . As the peripheral edge 27 is pulled, the window panel 2 is folded and opened around the connection part 33, and at the most opened stage, the two sides of the open window panel are in contact with the two sides of the central window panel, and the magnetic receiver is A magnet 25 matches the plate 24. This magnetic catch mechanism maintains the open state of the window panel 2. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the window panels 2 on both the left and right sides are completely opened.

As the panel used within the frame to constitute the window panel, a conventional general glass panel may be used, but if another transparent panel with an excellent heat insulation structure is used, an inner window device with high heat insulation properties can be obtained. FIG. 12 shows an example of a panel 22 having a heat insulating structure, which is a double-layered panel made of extruded plastic and has a large number of ribs 37 inside.

Various hinge mechanisms are conceivable, but the one of the above embodiment is very advantageous in terms of heat insulation of the inner window. That is, since there is no gap between the window panels, air circulation is completely blocked when the window panels are closed. In addition, from the viewpoint of blocking air, it is desirable that each stile of the window frame be provided with a sealing tongue as in the above embodiment, and instead of this tongue, mohair, which is separate from the stile, is attached to the stile. You can do it like this.

In this invention, there is a window panel that opens and closes like a door, and it is desirable that the window panel be stably held when it is opened and closed. In particular, it is necessary to stably hold it because it moves together when it is opened. In the above embodiment, a magnetic catch mechanism is used to stably hold the opening and closing.
In addition to the magnetic catch mechanism, this stable holding mechanism may be a general snap-fit structure of protrusions, or the like.

Furthermore, in the above example, a three-panel structure was shown in which a window panel that moved horizontally was provided with window panels that opened like doors on both sides, but a two-panel structure with one panel for each window panel was shown. Good too,
Alternatively, it may be of a four-panel structure using two consecutive window panels that move horizontally in the center.

Since this invention is configured as described above,
It is an extremely practical inner window device that is no different from a conventional fitted window when closed, and can be opened when necessary. Furthermore, the fact that the opening position can be set at an appropriate position is very convenient because the ventilation path can be set at an appropriate position.
