[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to flooring materials for livestock barns such as pigpens. [Prior art] In recent years, the floors of pigpens, etc. have been replaced with floors made of dirt floor concrete or concrete slabs, which are inferior in terms of hygiene, and have been replaced with floors made of net-like or slatted floors on foundations made of dirt floor concrete, etc. It's starting to look like this. Conventionally, flooring materials for the above-mentioned upper floor include, for example, a wire mesh 1 shown in FIG. 7, and concrete drainboards 2a, 2 having a hollow semi-elliptical shape or a T-shaped end as shown in FIGS. 8a and 8b.
b, a rod-shaped metal slat material 4 or a rectangular cast slat 5 welded to the metal receiving member 3 shown in FIGS. 9a and b, a synthetic resin slat 6 shown in FIG. Expansion metal dip coat 7 shown in the figure is known. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the above conventional flooring materials have the following problems. (1) The wire mesh 1 requires a reinforcing material to prevent it from bending, and also requires rust prevention measures.
Moreover, the cracks on the edges of the net can injure livestock such as pigs. (2) Although the concrete drainboard materials 2a and 2b have good strength, they are difficult to construct and lack heat retention (warmth). (3) Although the metal drainboard material 4 has good strength,
It takes time and effort to install, requires rust prevention measures, is slippery, and is expensive. Also, cast iron drainboards 5 have good strength, but require rust prevention measures, are heavy, and are expensive. Become. (4) The synthetic resin drainboard 6 has low strength and requires reinforcement, is slippery, and is expensive. (5) Expansion metal dip coat 7 is high in cost in spite of its strength. Table 1 summarizes these problems.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a flooring material for livestock barns that is installed side by side in a slatted manner on a foundation, and a synthetic resin coating that is adhesively coated on the outer periphery of a metal pipe is coated with a synthetic resin that extends in the axial direction of the pipe. The existing band-like flat part is integrally formed, and the upper surface of this flat part is used as a floor part, and irregularities of an appropriate shape are formed intermittently in the axial direction of the tube. [Function] According to the above means, the strength is maintained by the metal pipe, and its rusting is prevented by the synthetic resin coating.
By placing them side by side on the foundation, a floor is formed, and the synthetic resin suppresses heat transfer, and the hooves of livestock that scratch as they walk are engaged or locked in the unevenness.
Prevents slipping. It is desirable that the width of the floor is about 0.6 to 1.7 times the diameter of the pipe.If it is less than 0.6 times, double-hoofed livestock, especially piglets, may hurt their feet, become slippery, and have gaps between the floor materials. If the gap is made too large, the feet will come off the floor, making it unstable, while if the gap is made small, the excrement will become clogged and will not fall. Moreover, if it exceeds 1.7 times, the strength of the floor part cannot be obtained. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. Figures 1 to 3 show the flooring material for livestock barns of the first embodiment, and the flooring material of the first embodiment has a thin wall (thick wall
0.7 mm) on the outer periphery of the circular cold rolled steel pipe 10,
A synthetic resin coating 11 (thickness: 1 mm) such as AAS, ABS, PVC, etc. is adhesively coated with a rubber-based adhesive (not shown), and a band-shaped plate extending in the axial direction of the steel pipe 10 is attached to this synthetic resin coating. The upper surface of the flat portion is used as a floor portion 12, and unevenness 13 of an appropriate shape is formed intermittently in the axial direction of the steel pipe 10 on the upper surface of the floor portion 12. The floor portion 12 is provided with a width approximately 0.6 to 1.7 times the diameter of the steel pipe 10 in order to improve the drainage of excrement and urine.
The average thickness is approximately 3 mm. The unevenness 13 consists of a plurality of concave portions and convex portions extending intermittently in the axial direction of the pipe 10, and the convex portions are provided with a semicircular cross section so as not to hurt the foot skin of livestock. The boundary between the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces of the portion 12 and the boundary between the concave portion and the convex portion are each provided with a rounded cross section. In order to form the upper floor of the livestock barn using the flooring material of the first embodiment, the flooring material with the floor part 12 facing upward is placed on the foundation at the required distance (for example, 10 mm for piglets, 30 mm for adult pigs).
(approximately mm). According to the upper floor using the flooring material of the first embodiment, the strength is maintained by the steel pipe 10, and no reinforcing material is required. Rust on the steel pipe 10 is prevented by the synthetic resin coating 11, making anti-corrosion measures unnecessary. By providing a receiving material on the foundation that fits with the flooring material, construction becomes easier. Thermal conductivity of the steel pipe 10 is suppressed by the synthetic resin coating 11, and heat retention can be improved. Since the hooves of the two-hoofed domestic animal that walks in a scratching manner are engaged or locked with the unevenness, the domestic animal does not slip and fall and dislocate or injure its foot. 4 to 6 show the flooring material for livestock barns of the second embodiment. The flooring material of the second embodiment is made of a synthetic material coated with adhesive on the outer periphery of the steel pipe 10, similar to that of the first embodiment. A strip-shaped flat portion extending in the axial direction of the steel pipe 10 is integrally formed on the resin coating 11, and a layer having a softer material than the synthetic resin coating 11 is formed on the upper surface of this flat portion.
A floor section 14 made of a synthetic resin with excellent anti-slip properties such as PVC or elastomer is integrally formed, and irregularities 1 of an appropriate shape are formed on the top surface and both side surfaces of the floor section 14.
5 are continuously formed. The floor material of the second embodiment forms an upper floor in the same manner as that of the first embodiment, and the upper floor formed in this manner provides the same effects as those of the first embodiment. In addition, it has the effect of further preventing slippage. The flooring material of the first embodiment is manufactured by pressing a shaping roll onto the upper surface of a flat part extruded from a pipe extrusion device before the synthetic resin in this part hardens to form irregularities 13. In addition, in the flooring material of the second embodiment, another oval-shaped (elliptical) member is placed on the top surface of the flat part of the synthetic resin coating 11 extruded from the pipe extrusion device before the synthetic resin in this part hardens. Shaping rolls are applied to the top and both sides of a floor made of a synthetic resin coating and a different synthetic resin that are pressed together at intervals or extruded together from a pipe extrusion device before the synthetic resin hardens. They are manufactured by pressing each other to form unevenness. [Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the invention, the following effects can be obtained compared to the conventional technology. (1) Strength is maintained by the metal tube, making it lightweight and eliminating the need for reinforcing materials. (2) Rust on the metal pipe is prevented by the synthetic resin coating, so rust prevention measures are not required. (3) By providing a receiving material on the foundation that fits with the flooring material, it is lightweight and construction can be made easier. (4) Since the thermal conductivity of the metal tube is suppressed by the synthetic resin coating, heat retention can be improved. (5) The hooves of livestock that scratch while engaging or being locked into the uneven surface prevent the livestock's feet from slipping.
No dislocations or injuries due to falls. (6) Since the floor and other parts are made of synthetic resin, excrement and urine can be easily removed, and dirt can be easily washed away with water, making it hygienic and cost-effective.
