Claims (1)
- 圧電振動部と支持部はエツチング法を用いて一
体に形成される圧電振動子であつて、表、裏面に
励振電極を有する圧電振動部と、該圧電振動部を
保持し、かつ前記励振電極と電気的に導通された
電極を有する支持部とからなる圧電振動子の電極
構造において、前記支持部の電極が、表、裏面と
側面の全部または一部に配置されることにより、
前記支持部の表面と裏面との電極が電気的に導通
されることを特徴とする圧電振動子の電極構造。
