ニツトを、回転軸の軸芯方向複数組並列に取り付
けてなるスリツタ装置であつて、
前記ホルダーは、その外周部に大径リング部と
小径リング部とからなる段差部を有するとともに
、これらリング部の径方向における左右両端面が
平行になるように形成してなり、
当該ホルダーの小径リング部側端面にはその周
縁近傍数カ所にその一部が小径リング部の外周面
より外周側に突出したストツパを取り付けておく
とともに、
当該ホルダーの大径リング部側端面には、前記
ストツパが入り込む逃げ凹部が形成されており、
輪形薄刃は、その内周縁に、前記ホルダーの小径
リング部より突出形成されたストツパの一部より
大きく、且つ小径リング部に嵌合できるように配
設された切り欠き部が設けてあり、
前記ホルダーの小径リング部には前記輪形薄刃
を嵌合するとともに、その輪形薄刃と大径リング
部との間には該輪形薄刃をホルダーのストツパ側
に付勢する弾性部材を設けて、仮止めスリツタナ
イフユニツトを構成し、
前記ホルダーに嵌合した輪形薄刃を、ストツパ
と弾性部材とにより仮止めしてなるスリツタナイ
フユニツトを複数組、回転軸の軸芯方向に並列に
嵌合押圧するよう取り付けることにより、輪形薄
刃が弾性部材と隣接するホルダーの大径リング部
側端面との間に挟持され、隣接する輪形薄刃と輪
形薄刃との間隔が所定の幅に特定されるようにし
たことを特徴とするスリツタ装置において、
当該ホルダーの小径リング部側端面における周
縁近傍位置に大径リング部側端面にまで貫通する
リベツト取り付け孔を当該小径リング部の外周面
に露呈しないように穿設するとともに、大径リン
グ部側端面の開口部にはリベツトかしめ用凹部を
形成しておき、
当該リベツト取り付け孔には、小径リング部側
端面よりセミチユーブラ平リベツトを差し込んで
、その平リベツト先端の穴部をリベツトかしめ用
凹部内でかしめることにより固定し、その頭部の
一部が小径リング部の外周面より外周側に突出し
てストツパを形成するようにし、
前記大径リング部側端面には隣接するホルダー
のストツパと対応する位置に前記ストツパを形成
する平リベツト頭部が入り込む逃げ凹部を形成す
るようにしたことを特徴とするスリツタ装置。
(2) 第1請求項において、前記ホルダーが薄く
形成された場合、その大径リング部側端面に形成
する逃げ凹部を、隣接するホルダーのストツパと
対応する位置で、且つリベツト取り付け孔と重な
らない位置に、穿設するようにしたことを特徴と
するスリツタ装置。
(3) 第1請求項において、前記ホルダーが厚め
に形成された場合、その大径リング部側端面に形
成するリベツトかしめ用凹部を隣接するホルダー
のストツパと対応する位置に設けた逃げ凹部内に
、穿設するようにしたことを特徴とするスリツタ

ストツパが入り込む逃げ凹部が形成されており、
輪形薄刃は、その内周縁に、前記ホルダーの小径
リング部より突出形成されたストツパの一部より
大きく、且つ小径リング部に嵌合できるように配

刃が弾性部材と隣接するホルダーの大径リング部
側端面との間に挟持され、隣接する輪形薄刃と輪
形薄刃との間隔が所定の幅に特定されるようにし
たことを特徴とするスリツタ装置において、 当該ホルダーの小径リング部側端面における周
縁近傍位置に大径リング部側端面にまで貫通する
リベツト取り付け孔を当該小径リング部の外周面
に露呈しないように穿設するとともに、大径リン
グ部側端面の開口部にはリベツトかしめ用凹部を
形成しておき、 当該リベツト取り付け孔には、小径リング部側
端面よりセミチユーブラ平リベツトを差し込んで
、その平リベツト先端の穴部をリベツトかしめ用
凹部内でかしめることにより固定し、その頭部の
一部が小径リング部の外周面より外周側に突出し
てストツパを形成するようにし、 前記大径リング部側端面には隣接するホルダー
のストツパと対応する位置に前記ストツパを形成
する平リベツト頭部が入り込む逃げ凹部を形成す
るようにしたことを特徴とするスリツタ装置。 (2) 第1請求項において、前記ホルダーが薄く
形成された場合、その大径リング部側端面に形成
する逃げ凹部を、隣接するホルダーのストツパと
対応する位置で、且つリベツト取り付け孔と重な
らない位置に、穿設するようにしたことを特徴と

に形成された場合、その大径リング部側端面に形
成するリベツトかしめ用凹部を隣接するホルダー
のストツパと対応する位置に設けた逃げ凹部内に
