Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow the remote building monitoring system to rapidly respond to abnormality by allowing a maintenance man carrying a pocket bell to originate the reception of the signal to a building equipment monitor and allowing the building equipment monitor to inform aknowledge(ACK) originated from the maintenance man to a centralized monitoring center. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance man carrying the pocket bell directly receives abnormality generating information from the building equipment monitor and originates an ACK signal indicating the reception of an abnormal signal and a signal indicating the reorigination of all signals causing the generation of the abnormality to the building equipment monitors 11 to 14. The monitors 11 to 14 reoriginate all the signals causing the generation of the abnormality to the pocket bell. At the time of receiving the signals, the pocket bell prints out the received results by a printer and the maintenance man checks the printed data. Thereby, the cause of abnormality generation can be recognized. Consequently, rapid response to the generation of a trouble can be secured.

The telephone line between the building equipment monitor 1 and the central monitoring center 5 is closed, and the central monitoring center 5 receives abnormal data. The central monitoring center uses a pager to page the maintenance personnel in charge of the area, and the maintenance personnel make repeated calls to the central monitoring center to confirm the details and then rush to the site. After repairing the abnormality, the maintenance personnel will report it to the central monitoring center.

The above purpose is to provide a pager with a function of transmitting and receiving signals wirelessly, a function of displaying the received contents, a function of converting the received data into a serial signal, and a function of outputting the serial signal to the outside. , when this pager receives a signal from the building equipment monitoring device, the maintenance worker carrying this pager sends a signal to the building equipment monitoring device indicating that the signal from the building equipment monitoring device has been received. This is achieved by configuring the building equipment monitoring device to report the response confirmation from the maintenance personnel to the central monitoring center.

A maintenance worker carrying a pager receives abnormality information directly from the building equipment monitor, and the maintenance worker receives a response signal indicating that the abnormality signal has been received and replays all the signals that caused the abnormality. A signal to the effect of transmitting is transmitted to the building equipment monitoring device. The building equipment monitoring device retransmits all the signals that caused the abnormality to the pager. Upon receiving the signal, the pager uses a printing machine to print, and the maintenance personnel confirms the data.

This makes it possible to recognize the cause of the abnormality. In this way, there is no need for a central monitoring center to intervene between the building equipment monitoring device and the maintenance personnel carrying pagers, so it is possible to reduce the number of personnel and ensure prompt troubleshooting.

Bill M! When the equipment monitoring device detects an abnormality in the equipment, it automatically sends a call to the pager of the maintenance worker's cell phone, and at the same time sends a similar call to the central monitoring center. When the pager receives data from the building equipment monitoring device, the maintenance staff can use the pager on their mobile phone to ascertain the name of the building and the nature of the abnormality.

It also prints on a printing device. After that, the maintenance worker sends a signal to the building equipment monitoring device from the pager indicating that the response signal and all the signals that caused the abnormality will be retransmitted. When the building equipment monitoring device receives a response signal from the maintenance personnel, it transmits a message "dispatch completed" to the central monitoring center. The building equipment monitoring device then transmits all the signals that caused the abnormality to the pager. When a pager receives a signal, it decodes it and prints out the result. Maintenance personnel will rush to the site6.In addition, if there is no response from the maintenance personnel or they do not arrive within the specified time (for example, 5 minutes), the building equipment monitoring device will send a "dispatch request" to the central monitoring center. The supervisor at the central monitoring center will take action by contacting the substitute maintenance staff by telephone.
